Aparthotel Adagio Serris - Val d'Europe Reviews

pros: bus station just in front of this aparthotel, free shuttle bus to disneyland but i didnt take it, near to La Vallee Village and Val D europe mall, easy to find eatery place cons: worn and outdated at walkway after exit the elevators, peeling and dirty carpet.... the room cleanliness is lack, the washroom especially shower floor so dirty like long time no clean, feel itchiness got bug bed in the bed.

Decent nothing special. Didn’t take note of xtra requirements. But staff very friendly and hotel was clean and tidy.

Truly enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The staff were very friendly, helpful and the stay is comfortable and pleasant. The room is spacious and very clean. Baggage storage is available as the hotel as well. Hotel is well situated near disneyland which is really convenient to get to the parks. The breakfast offered is really hearty as well!!! There are free shuttle bus services too!

Location was great hotel has run down from the past years. We stayed there about 5years back and it wasn't as bad then. Bathrooms could use a revamp, drainage very bad and carpets in room and hallway was very bad and dirty; wall papers were all peeled off the hallway walls making the hotel look run down. Other than location, there was nothing the same about this hotel as previously was. Sort of disappointing.

Location provides free shuttle service to Disneyland but make sure to arrive earlier for the shuttle. The shuttle returns to hotel from Disneyland as well so it's convenient to travel back and forth. We stayed facing the lake so there were ducks in there in the morning and evenings, so look out for them (and hear their quacks) if you're staying there.

The good is location, near Disneyland, frequent free shuttle but not right infront of the hotel so I missed my stop and had to walk 1km back to the hotel. hotel room feels very dark, dark floor dark furniture. Toilet has many insects , silverfish. Very old hotel. Wallpaper tearing. Toilet ceiling fixed by a piece of wood. I stayed mid Dec, central heating is poor. The room is very cold which is unacceptable for me. Thankfully I stayed only 1 night. I also stayed at Staycity which is so much better. Except it’s further from Disney but has free shuttle to and from hotel and Disney. Will not recommend aparthotel adagio Serris.

Disneyland Paris is the best thing to do in this hotel stays! Shuttle service to Disneyland Paris

The hotel was nice. Really close to Disney. We didn’t try to figure out the shuttle but they do have it. Definitely would stay again.

Stayed here to be close to Disneyland, only 12 minute walk to the park!!! It’s the closest non-Disney hotel to the park, and very glad we chose it. The room itself was good, a little apartment with all the amenities you would need, nothing fancy but good! Bed was comfy, shower was nice. Staff friendly, easy to check in. (first time using trip.com for anything and was worried our booking was going to be non-existent as the price was so cheap compared to other websites, but it was all fine!) It’s also close to the main shopping centre in val d’europe (about a 14 minute walk). the train station in val d’europe is a little further walk, we found that walking to Marne la ville chessy train station at Disneyland was actually closer and faster to get too! All in all, would highly recommend here if you want to be very close to Disneyland, dont bother using shuttles and things, just walk!

We used this hotel as a place to rest after days out at Disneyland! The hotel room was a good size with a comfortable bed, clean bathroom and even a little shop at the front desk to stock up on snacks. The hotel is a 10 minute walk away from the park meaning it's in the ideal location for a good price too.

The location is good. 15 min walking to Disneyland and there is free shuttle. It’s also 5 min walking to Val d’Europe mall and 8 min walking to La Vallée Village outlet. The hotel is a little old. A lot of things are not working anymore. The room is a little hot because the air conditioner is not adjustable.
