Le personnel est extra , très agréable. la qualité de certains aliments c'est pas top (charcuterie surtout au petit déj) les chambres sont suffisamment grande mais il manque d'étagère pour un séjour d'une semaine. L'eau de ma piscine n'était pas toujours top mais en même temps il y avait du vent

Maravilloso, habitaciones pequeñas y modernas. buena musica, dj, partys, ceevezas de todo tipo, buena terraza con piscina, peesonal profesional y amable, te dejan disfrutar, cerca de Megapark y playa Arenal, cena buffet a 15€, menos que comer una pizza

Breakfast and dinner were good. The staff from reception to the waiters were all nice. No complaints except for the noise. The hotel has very poor soundproofing. Location also ok near the bus stop and a short walk to the beach and Lidl is nearby.

Wir hatten einen wundervollen Aufenthalt! Das Zimmer war sauber, gemütlich und gut ausgestattet. Das Personal war freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Frühstücksbuffet hat uns gereicht. Wir kommen definitiv wieder – sehr empfehlenswert!
