For a four-star hotel, it's not well rated, rooms are super outdated, security seems to be mediocre, I have young children and I don't feel they are well protected (of course it's our job, however compared to hotels close to this one, the controls security of other hotels are much better ) We stayed on the second floor, the view is not as good as the upper floors but that detail is secondary since the floors 4, 3 and 2, cannot stand the musty smell, the air it is literally unbreathable, the hotel manager even said if you wanted better rooms to book directly with them because if you choose the “cheap” option with other companies we would always stay in the worst rooms (to which I replied, which I tried to do but they said that everything was fine full, so I booked through an agency, and I paid what was asked of me, I didn't pay the cheapest one!) The parking is horrible, people check out and don't take their cars out of the hotel's private park, who arrives later subject to available places. But don't worry, when night comes and people have had dinner, come and get the cars to leave. I'm not unhappy. I think it's unprecedented for a hotel to be rated 4 stars and any pension in Sesimbra has better quality, bed, cleanliness and presentation than this hotel. In the end, it's the cat-and-mouse that the Portuguese people are used to, eating a pig in a poke.
