Everyone (staff) was so welcoming and accommodating. Located directly across the street from the Seilbahn Sexton Helm (Monte Elmo) gondola 🚡 we enjoyed spectacular views from our balcony and stunning Tre Cime
peaks from all around the property and in town. Our room was modest and very clean.

Cose positive: posizione ottima, ottima cena con menù di primo livello, il barista pugliese molto simpatico e disponibile, Area spa carina e poco frequentata quindi ottima, escursioni con guide locali buone e comprese nel prezzo, ne abbiamo fatte 2, ma ne offrono 4. Cose negative: colazione scarsa, a cena ti fanno pagare anche l'acqua 3,00 euro a bottiglia, cosa mai vista in montagna visto che l'acqua del rubinetto è buonissima, la sala della cena sempre piena di mosche e quando aprono la porta entra molta puzza di letame/concime che mentre mangi non è il massimo, personale di sala poco comunicativo e mai sorridente, bagno nell'appartamento scomodissimo con vasca/doccia troppo basso a rischio trauma cranico. Informazioni sulle escursioni molto scarne, si vendono per family hotel ma non organizzano niente per i ragazzi. Escursioni con guide locali buone. Di base non lo consiglierei a chi viaggia con figli.

Abbiamo trascorso dieci giorni,con la mia famiglia, in questo Hotel.che dire tutto benissimo. Tanta tranquillità che sposa la gentilezza del personale l'ottima cucina e la pulizia della struttura tutta . Posto veramente strategico per arrivare facilmente a San Candido con bus gratuito oppure nelle vicine cime per bellissime escursioni

L hotel è una bomboniera in mezzo alla Val di Casies! Qui regna pace serenità profumo di montagna e pulizia impeccabile! Colazione abbondante e varia cena buona e sempre varia! Le note negative sono la freddezza che contraddistingue gli Altoatesini, nessun dialogo accoglienza glaciale prima durante e dopo! Nulla viene scontato addirittura nel conto finale già stampato ci hanno inserito 1/2 litri d acqua che abbiamo inserito all untimo! Se poi volete andare con gli amici a 4 zampe allora sono dolori ! I cani pagano 15€ al giorno e li guardano malissimo e non possono assolutamente girare x l hotel solo transitare e anche velocemente! Comunque lo consiglierei

A lovely hotel. Friendly staff. Our room was very comfortable and spotlessly clean. Great views from our balcony. Breakfast was varied and plentiful. Would certainly stay here again.

Cucina ottima, camera spaziosa e molto attenta alla pulizia, staff accogliente disponibile e gentile. Siamo una coppia con neonato di 3 mesi e siamo riusciti a goderci a pieno la settimana. Tutto perfetto. Torneremo sicuramente, come ogni anno!

Der Aufenthalt von 4 Tagen war ausgezeichnet. Hotel gemütlich, sehr sauber, sehr nette Angestellte und eine ausgezeichnete Küche. Wir können dies allen Empfehlen die nach Sexten (Heimat von Janik Sinner) Ihren Urlaub verbringen wollen.

La struttura é confortevole e dall’atmosfera familiare, il personale gentilissimo e sempre disponibile. Ottimo anche il ristorante e la selezione del menù. Apprezzatissima la sauna e l’idromassaggio per concludere in relax la giornata di sci! Cinque stelle!

L’hotel vale tutte le sue 3 stelleS. Posizione strategica soprattutto per chi scia. Ha un comodo deposito e una piccola spa da sfruttare dopo lo sport. Il Cibo non ricercato ma ottimo, stanze accoglienti e molto pulite e personale estremamente gentile ed educato. Ottima proporzione qualità prezzo!
