Fantastisk beliggenhed og hotel til pengene
Det var en fantastisk velkomst. Værten var sød og spurgte om hvordan vi havde det. Værelserne var rene og aircondition var kun tændt fra 19.30-1.30. Vi kunne have ønsket at det havde været tændt fra kl 19.00-09 om morgenen. Det har været det eneste negative at skrive. Beliggenhed 7 min gåafstand til strand. Fantastiske hikes tæt på. Det var et 1-stjernet hotel, men vi var meget positivt overrasket over hvor skønt der var. Vi havde eget toilet og bad samt en lille terrasse til at hænge badetøj og håndklæder op fra dagens badning.
Vi ville gerne komme tilbage igen til den pris, venlighed, renlighed og beliggenhed

The place was at the perfect location just at the center of Sestri Levante, very close to beaches. You could reach them by foot. There were also supermarkets and pharmacies nearby which was really convenient. The owner was really helpful and kind with all of pur needs. I would definitely recommend staying at this hotel.

Thin walls so we could hear the next room party all night but otherwise a perfect little hotel for a one night stay.

Buonasera, mi rendo conto che è un hotel a 1 stella, ma nonostante ciò è pulita la stanza, e il personale gentile... però consiglio di mettere almeno una tenda della doccia nel caso non si possa mettere direttamente una doccia chiusa perché così si allaga tutto...grazie

io ho prenotato con servizio aria condizionata ma appena arrivato in camera noto che non vi è il telecomando, mi reco alla portineria e chiedo chiarimenti: e qualche giorno che non funziona (e avvisare prima magari avrei ancora avuto tempo a disdire) ho già chiamato il tecnico , non si è fatto sentire, non è che non funziona oppure funziona solo quando vogliono loro ? morale della favola la notte dormendo poco e male al caldo , se si aprivano le finestre zanzare a gogo, se non funziona questa aria "condizionata" non potete apporre delle zanzariere anche a tenda e forse si possono evitare scazzature e mal contenti. comunque dovessi ricapitare in zona non tornerei sicuramente ,pessima esperienza .

Bear in mind that it is a one star guesthouse so you can't expect too much. Having said that we must consider that the location is excellent, close to the centre, close to the sea, close to the station. Around there are several supermarkets and shops of all kinds. The rooms are furnished in 70s style but clean. Extremely helpful manager. I think that for a town of Sestri Levante's level, unless it can be found in such a central area. If you are looking for luxury it is not for you, if you are looking for a compromise at an acceptable price with clean rooms and in the center then it is fine. Personally, if I were to return to Sestri I would stay here again.

Seeing the reviews, I shouldn't have left, but I recklessly decided to try. Excellent location, close to the historic center, the beach and all services (Bars, Restaurants etc.). It is not a hotel, but apartments/rooms. Kind owner. Noisy room. It's fine for one night, come on. .
