Fine for being close to the airport
The hotel is located 25 minutes drive from Zagreb city centre and 10 minutes from the airport, in an urban residential area. It appears to have once been a glamorous venue, offering a relaxing spa along with other four star facilities. All of the staff we came across were really friendly and doing a great job in what seemed to be difficult circumstances. Unfortunately, plans to regenerate the local area, which would have really helped this hotel, have been put on hold due to inevitable economic struggles in recent years.

El hotel se encuentra a 20 minutos en coche de Zagreb. Más que un hotel y mucho menos de 4*, se asemeja a un hostal preparado para bodas y grupos de incautos turistas, como yo. La habitación que me dieron era mínima y no había sitio ni para abrir las maletas. Igualmente el baño era minúsculo y con una bañera hondisima y sobreelevada del suelo que daba miedo salir de ella. El desayuno y la cena escasos y si se acababa algo en el bufet ya no lo reponian. Largas colas en el bufet pues sí llegabas de los últimos ya no había donde elegir.

Hotel enclavado en un barrio periférico de Zagreb, muy alejado del centro. Instalaciones caducas. Ambiente deprimente. Buffet escaso, repetitivo y mal organizado de modo que se forman colas interminables en el comedor. Atención nula a las alergias e intolerancias. Escasamente recomendable.

The hotel was very nice and the staff very accommodating. I arrived very late (it is specified that the desk closes at 10pm) due to flight delays and they opened up no problem at all, and every request I had they more than sorted. I really enjoyed the stay, and while the location is in a business district, I would highly recommend the hotel.

I had recently had two groups booked in this small and cosy 4 star hotel, in Zagreb. Both groups (40 and 50 people) were artist on their tour through Croatia, and have highly praised their stay here, thus I am sharing their feedback. First of all, the hotel is located in Sesvete, which is a quiet neighbourhood, some 20 minutes’ drive from Zagreb city centre. It is convenient for people travelling by car or as a part of the tour group. The hotel, though not new, is exceptionally well maintained, and very clean, with restaurant and other facilities. The rooms are spacious and well appointed. It does have a feel of a small private hotel. The stuff working in the hotel is equally nice and very attentive. Groups had no time for dinners, but have enjoyed 2 big buffet breakfasts, which were also very generous. Given the fact that hotel has many different kinds of rooms, it is highly recommended for couples and families as well. Many thanks to the Manager, for extending her personal welcome to our groups.

Un lugar muy agradable para recuperarse del cansancio y stress de los viajes . Veníamos desde Estambul y este hotel fue un remanso para nosotras. Un lugar muy tranquilo , con estacionamiento y lo mejor personas muy atentas y eficientes . Nos orientaron y atendieron muy bien. Además que todo estaba muy limpio .

The staff were lovely and the stay was overall good. The property is just a little run down and out dated. If that doesn’t bother you at all then it is a fine stay. We were only staying for the night before catching a flight so it served it’s purpose for us. Close to the airport.
