Mit der Buchung hat alles geklappt online Check in und Check out.
Zimmer alles sauber
Wir wahren mit dem Fahrrad unterwegs und mussten diese vor dem Hotel Parkieren es wahre gut wenn es Möglich wäre zum das E-Bike zu laden wen man den Akku noch vom Bike entfernen kann.
Frühstück ist in Ordnung.

Hotel con posteggio gratuito. Camera spaziosa è pulita. Un po’ macchinoso il self check in, con il numero di prenotazione non funzionava, mettendo il cognome e la data del soggiorno si. Consigliato!

The room, breakfast, bed, bath, were all great. But we had trouble checking in at the kiosk. Had to call the number and got help from a nice lady. But it was frustrating!

Hotel informatisé. Aucune personne ni de jour ni de nuit.
A notre arrivée, le système ne fonctionne pas à l'extérieur; La porte ne s'ouvre pas; après appel sur hot line en anglais avec une personne maitrisant mal l'anglais, nous avons enfin la porte ouverte MAIS IMPOSSIBLE avoir la chambre malgré de multiples essais de code. Le système ne fonctionne pas. La responsable n'est pas dans les environs de l'hôtel. Plus de deux heures sans rien, nous devons renoncer et chercher un autre hotel. L'HOTEL A DEBITE NOTRE CARTE DE CREDIT; C'est malhonnête.

Impossible d'entrer dans l'hôtel malgré deux heures de tentative, tout étant informatisé. Hot line ne servant à rien. Nous avons rencontré deux clients sur place insatisfaits. L' hôtel a débité notre nuit alors que nous n'avons pas couché sur place et avons du réserver un autre hôtel.
