The staff are very kind and courteous Specifically Kitty, Lili and Sandra. The team are amazing give us guest appreciation day with free tacos and all kind of drinks. Iam very grateful with the team who make us happy and welcome. We can cook inside the room and grill in the location.

The wonderful ladies at the front desk were able to accommodate me and my needs last minute. Very spacious and clean rooms. These rooms have more creature comforts than your typical hotel room. Also very convenient location with restaurants and Walmart nearby. Would recommend this location.

I stayed at this hotel because I was in town working the U.S. Open golf tournament in Pinehurst, North Carolina. Katie, assisted me and my colleague with our check-in. Katie, is super welcoming, professional and direct. If it wasn’t for Katie, I would not have been able to stay at this hotel because there was a small hiccup with my reservation. Katie, was able to speak directly with my company and iron out a few wrinkles. I appreciate her for communicating effectively and telling me all the details that I needed about my stay. Breakfast is served and it is delicious. The entire hotel staff was very nice during my stay. The rooms are clean and spacious. There is a full size refrigerator and small kitchen where you can prepare your meals. There is an on-site gym, laundry room, and pool. The best part of my day was really the great customer service from all of the front desk employees. There was on site parking as well as a lot of restaurants around. The Sam’s Club and Walmart are literally within walking distance. If I am ever in this area again, there is no doubt that I would stay at this hotel again.

The housekeeping staff was the most helpful I have run across in any hotel in the country. They were very pleasant, outgoing and helpful. The rest of the hotel was ok, but the housekeeping staff really stood out because they were outstanding.

TownePlace suits is great, I always pick this location every time I visit North Carolina . The front desk staff are really nice and friendly, very very helpful and they do a great job! I will recommend to other people, family and friends. They will love it.

This is a Fabulous hotel. Rooms are Clean and staff is so friendly. The location is great and many restaurants are close by. Pool is a fun place to swim. The hot breakfast had a good variety and the staff kept it well stocked. The market had good options and the laundry facility is a real plus!

Here on a long term business trip and the staff has consistently refused to clean the room without being explicitly asked. The first two weeks here, our room was neglected and uncleaned despite asking for service almost every day. They are obviously not suited for long term business stay so if that is your goal, book elsewhere . Will not be booking with them again if it can be helped.

Well, let me start off by saying I travel a lot for work and I stay in a lot of different HOTELS. Town place suites cross creek has been one of my favorite motels to stay in. The staff here is wonderful. No matter who I run into, whether it be a made, cook the front desk person or even the lady doing the laundry. They always say hi or good morning or good afternoon, To me, that goes a long way. With just a few simple words. There are 4 places to eat in walking distance and also a Walmart which is also in walking distance. All in all, I have had a great experience here. Oh, I almost forgot the rooms are very clean and comfortable. I highly recommend staying here.

The appearance of the room and the entire hotel was as always, great and welcoming. It’s always nice when you can return to a place and the people there still know your name. I felt so special knew that I was cared for. The service was great and gets better with ever stay!

The staff, the rooms, the recreation facilities, and the atmosphere of the hotel was above and beyond my expectations. And let me just note that the hotel is doing a very good job keeping the guests happy and making them feel welcomed daily. I receive the most care and respect from the manager all the to the maintenance guy. Best place in the city of Fayetteville hands down!

The hotel has exceeded expectations! Our whole entire family, including our two pups, have felt so welcomed. The staff have been incredibly friendly and accommodating, making our extended stay here truly wonderful . We highly recommend!

I've stayed in a lot of motels over the past 2 years with my job for normally 3 to 4 weeks at a time. I stated at TownPlace Suites Cross Creek last month for a week, went to Florida for 3 days, and had my company rebook me at Town Place again for a month this time for a month while I'm doing some work up here. Every day I walk in it's always pulling up into a clean parking lot, I walk into the lobby, and it's always Hello Mr.Hollis How was your day. Lily Schmidt and her staff are far above top-notch. In the past 41 years of traveling the United States I've never felt more at home than I do when I stay here. I'm a lifetime customer and will only be staying at Town Place now because of the great staff and the twice a month free all you can eat dinners and drinks. Thank you Towneplace Suites Cross Creek for making me feel at home when I'm away from home.

The Hotel staff is outstanding, they are very friendly and helpful. The breakfast is very good and put out at 0600 which allows me to have breakfast before work. The facility is well maintained, and current. The staff offers a Resident Appreciation hour twice a month, which provides free food and drinks 5 to 6. I travel alot for work and its nice to have some of the comforts of home in Hotel.
