We really enjoyed our stay at this excellent hotel, the reviews are accurate. The staff was friendly, the rooms were very clean, the bed was comfy, the shower was great. I liked their attention to detail, like the gift baskets left in the room with thoughtful items you can actually use. Their breakfast area was also very well stocked, they have a great selection of hot breakfast and the area is very clean. I would recommend this place to anyone and look forward to staying here on our future visits to the Smoky Mrs. Thank you Quality Inn for making our stay feel welcomed, there are not many establishments like this one any more, keep up the great work!

The bed was supper comfy and staff very nice and helpful, pillows were fluffy. The location is amazing . They have a really cool coffee machine for breakfast. The king size room is very spacious. Even though it is near the road you don't hear any street noise.

This hotel was wonderful! There was plenty of room in my spacious room for all my belongings, my suitcase, etc. There’s plenty of lighting and it was very clean. There are two gift baskets, one with snacks, and one with toiletries. They were both amazing! There was coffee and tea in the room. The king bed was spacious with plenty of pillows and bedding. The air/heat worked amazing and there was an empty nightstand for my fan. There were plenty of plugs and just everything that I needed. The breakfast was delicious and there was plenty of different types of food to please any eater. Thank you so much for bringing quality to the hotel industry!

Room was clean and bed was comfortable. Breakfast area was very nice and well stocked. Was disappointed that there was not a fitness room as stated on their website. That was one of the reasons I chose this hotel over others in the area. Had to go find a local track to run. Room was nice and quiet but we also didn't get there until after midnight.

Very clean and newly remodeled. The staff was great and breakfast was very nice. We appreciated the toiletries in the room. So many places don’t care if you forgot something but here you they provide necessary items in the room and also at the front desk. We were in room 211 and the air conditioner was a little loud but worked well. We were thankful for that!

Our stay was great. Even though it’s an older style of motel, everything is nice and updated. The rooms were clean. The beds were comfortable. It was mostly quiet. Good parking. The breakfast was good. Staff was nice and helpful. No complaints at all. Would stay here again.

It was a great place to stay even if we only stayed for one night. It was a quiet area, very friendly staff, comfy beds, great breakfast options, cute little free gift baskets in each room (Darth was better) & overall just great. Would recommend!!

We have stayed at the Quality Inn Kodak many times. It has always been clean with comfortable beds and we always get a good nights sleep. The remodeled rooms have made it even better. The staff is friendly and helpful. We will continue to stay here when in the area.

When we got to our room the TV wasn't working properly. We asked for help and they fixed it right away. We loved the snack basket from Housekeeping team YODA. These will come in handy for the long ride home. Great pressure in the showerand lots of hot water. The room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast area was comfortable and I loved the energy bites. There was a nice sitting area outside with rocking chairs and a fire pit. We didn't get a chance to go in the outdoor pool.
