Room 224 was listed as a courtyard view but the small window was for plumbing and pipes, not a courtyard. We asked about it but were told that comfort rooms didn’t have courtyard view although listed as such. Thd room wasn’t as represented in photos, the shower head faces sideways to the tub and the glass partition can’t stop the spray from it if you even try to stand under the shower. The good part is that it was quieter than a more luxurious hotel we had in Seville. The staff was very pleasant and courteous.

Why clean and quiet. It’s a comfortable environment and it’s convenient to take the buses or underground. The room has enough space.

The hotel was lovely. They had things of interest in the public areas such as paintings, ship models and an entire set of beautiful china. The breakfast was varied and fantastic with fresh fruit, a variety of breakfast meats and sweet breads as well as cereal and yogurt. The room was good and the air conditioning was lovely. The staff was helpful and it is within easy walking distance of many beautiful places such as the Plaza de España.

Great hotel in the center of Seville. Close to main tourist spots, clean, bright and spacious room. A pleasant smelling detergent for washing towels. If you are staying for more than 2-3 nights, I recommend asking for a room overlooking the street, and not the courtyard-well. The room is constantly dark because of this.

The room is a standard three-star hotel, well maintained and clean. The hotel is in a good location, just a few minutes' walk from the old town, which is very convenient. It's quieter outside the old city, and the price is very reasonable.

房間很小，都沒有地方平放箱子，而且桌子特別小！沒有免費瓶裝水，桌子放個燒水壺和茶杯，就沒多少地方了。窗簾長度很尷尬，正好和燒水壺壺嘴齊平，感覺很不衞生，拿個壺總能碰到窗簾底部……而且衣櫃裏的撐子衹能部分取下來，掛鈎是和晾衣桿栓在一起的，想取個衣架晾毛巾或者鎖門都不方便。衞生間淋浴間很小，衞生紙質量很差，但枕頭很舒服，床也算大。地理位置佔優勢，就在大路邊上，王宮和西班牙廣場附近，攔出租車和交通方便。

前台大叔非常熱心，在入住後很詳細地講解了各個景點的位置，還贈送了一張地圖。房間面積還算寬敞，設施齊全。距離景點非常近，走路就能到。

Muy bien

It was a perfect location and the staffs were lovely! The rooftop pool was such a hit and its open to the public. The views were amazing during the day and night. The bedrooms were same exact as the photos. It was such a comfortable bed to sleep on it and variety of lightnings and enough charger plugs for three people in a room.

Made welcome as soon as we came in the door. Very helpful staff.Great location, walking distance to most attractions. Taxi for 4 for 10 euros will take you anywhere. Rooms a perfect size, beds firm, pillows soft, but you can get extra ones. There is continental breakfast there, but so many other options within walking distance. In fact so many restaurants nearby, El 3 de Oro my favourite. Anyway small pool and sunbathing area upstairs on 7th floor. Large comfortable terrace bar has all the drink you possibly need from 11 am to 12pm. Its not open to the public as all the lifts need you room key pass for access. All in cannot fault the hotel

The hotel is very well located, close to parks, shops and restaurants with a great view of the Real Alcázar from the roof bar. The lobby is stylish and the staff are all really helpful and friendly. The room was well appointed with strong AC, a very comfortable double bed and a full sized wardrobe. There was also a little desk and tea/coffee facilities, which were appreciated. The bathroom was clean and functional with a fantastically hot and powerful shower - I slept very well.

Great location for site seeing. Staff very welcoming and helpful. We had a wonderful view to the Cathedral from our balcony. Bed extremely comfortable and roof terrace bar and plung pool a super bonus. Parking was available very close to the hotel.
