An excellent hotel. The staff very nice and willing. I had booked a standard room but since it was quite expensive due to a conference, they upgraded it to a suite with breakfast included. A real joy!

The location of the hotel is good, the equipment is very new, and the breakfast is one of the few that I have had in Spain that is better. It is very clean and exquisite, and the price is very cost-effective. I recommend staying here. You can ask the hotel to help you take a taxi.

When I checked in, I asked for a pot of hot water and was charged 3.5 yuan for room service. On the day of departure on 9/13, I had already paid online, but I was overcharged once. There was obviously a problem with the handover of the entire night's accommodation fee. Good accommodation experience. When we checked in, it was a twin room and only gave us a big bed, and the mattress was dirty with hair and dust on it. Fortunately, Ctrip assisted, and the refund has been made

I stayed two nights at this property, and found it a good value compared to other Marriott-affiliated properties in Seville. Overall, I would describe it as a well-managed, well-maintained property. The hotel is not in the center of town, but I did not find this to be an issue. Taxi and Uber rides were short and plentiful to anywhere I needed to go, and this property was a much better value than other affiliated properties in town. Management respects the value of high-status Bonvoy members for which I am grateful. They had upgraded me to a Junior Suite before my arrival. Regrettably, I did have one negative experience with a staff member, that was professionally resolved by the fast-thinking, guest-centric manager of the hotel. I had an evening work commitment and needed a quick early evening meal before going to work. It's Spain, and they don't serve dinner until at least 8:00PM. I arrived at 7:00 wanting to simply get a pizza off the bar menu. The woman tending bar totally ignored me for five full minutes upon my arrival. Finally, when she acknowledged my presence, I explained I was in a rush using a translator on my phone. After this exchange, she ignored me and attended to multiple drink requests from other customers who arrived after me, finally looking at me and saying"I only have two hands". She had no intention to order my food. It was obvious this woman simply had no interest in serving this guest. I left to find the manager in charge. After going to the front desk, I was introduced to a very helpful Ms. Yolanda Rodriguez, who conveniently is the General Manager of the hotel. Ms. Rodriguez immediately understood my dilemma, and personally went to the kitchen to order my food and solve the problem. Thanks to her, I was able to get to my work commitment on time and well fed. I trust that Ms. Rodriguez will use this customer interaction as an opportunity to train her staff on how they can improve the quality of service provided to their guests. In closing, I would like to thank and commend Yolanda Rodriguez for her exceptional customer service.

It's a small hotel a bit out of old town, and the facilities look a bit dated and there is a tiny gym & swimming pool on the rooftop. The room we assigned had the only view of courtyard from the window. It would be better if it could be renovated and the staff could be friendlier & nicer.

Good location if you don’t want to be in the centre of Seville. Bus stops close by, frequent and cheap bus service which takes no more than 10 - 15 minutes to get into the city. We had a junior suite, it’s a little tired but the staff who clean are excellent. There is an exceptional reception staff member Pablo who couldn’t have helped us more, he was super, friendly and efficent. The pool is a nice place to chill for an hour or so if you’ve had a long day sightseeing. We only used the restaurant once, the food was lovely and reasonably priced.

Hotel was big enough and clean even public toilets at the hotel lobby. Space of the room was big too and they provided nice coffee ☕️ Restaurants food was limited choices but taste good and not like others restaurant that salty 😝 Majority food in Spain was salty 🇪🇸

On the outskirts of the city but close to the sights. A good base for exploring, set on a convenient bus route or within walking distance. Nice modern design and layout, everything you need for a night or two.

Not your typical Marriott! Very outdated. What we did get was a clean place to sleep. Baseboards were chipped , wallpaper was peeling. It dud not feel like a Marriott in our past stays!!!! We have stayed at many Marriott’s!! Marriott needs to be attentive to this hotel!!!!

We were three friends on our last night at the end of one week stay in Seville. Very nice staff with some nice restaurants in the area. We slept very well in comfortable beds.

Didn't include the breakfast that my website ******* search included. Website not fit for purpose and misleading. If I ask for an ******* search including breakfast then the hotel selection should remain throughout with such. Simply not good enough especially when we're paying £1000 for seven nights. Mr Harter

Our travel agent found this Seville hotel for us for our Andalusia road trip, as we requested parking - that wasn't cheap at nearly 20 Euros a night but suited our needs. Would advise you call the hotel beforehand to get directions to their underground car park. Not exactly central but we don't mind walking and there were bus stops nearby. Comfortable stay in what I'd say is more a business hotel as I felt it lacked local character Inside. I couldn't believe that this Marriott hotel only provided cardboard cups in the rooms for coffee! I asked for proper cups and would have thought in a region famous for ceramics that this should be standard!
