DONT STAY HERE!!! NO SE QUEDEN AQUÍ. I have 2 nights here and on the 2nd day I leave for 3 hours and come back and my room key is no longer functioning, i go to the front desk and they ask my my bed and tell me “no that’s not your bed”. (I have a picture of the paper they gave me with that bed, and i slept in it last night so?) They then proceed to tell me that because they thought that my stuff was from the group that left in the morning they have cut my lock and took all of my stuff out. So I go to the new bed that they want to give me and the locker is smashed and not lockable, so I go BACK to the desk again and they put me back in the room I was originally in. So now I spend my entire afternoon that i’m supposed to be spending seeing seville looking for a new lock. Of course everything is closed and there is no place selling a combination lock like the one I had. What sense does it make for someone to leave literally all of there stuff and check out, much less someone in a group of 3??? Me quedo aquí 2 noches y en el día salgo para como 3 horas y vuelvo y han cortado mid candado y recogieron todas mis pertenencias, voy al vestíbulo para preguntar por que y me dicen que “estaba en la cama incorrecta y creyeron que mis cosas eran del grupo de 3 que se fueron en la mañana”. 1: Que sentido tiene que alguien, mucho menos de un grupo, va a olvidar literal todas sus cosas, mucho menos cerrado?? 2: Me dieron ellos la cama y tengo el foto del papel para probarlo, pero cambiaron mi cama y trataron de decirme que no era la mía la que usaba… Y a la nueva que tratan de ponerlo está descompuesto el locker, y me tuvieron que volver a la que tenía… Ahora he pasado la mitad del día buscando otro candado como el que tenía para reemplazarlo y no hay ningún en la ciudad. MUCHAS GRACIASS!!!!
