Great hotel in the old town of Seville. Great location, near everything. Lovely staff, and a grand old Spanish-style lobby. Simple room decor with everything You need. Only 10 minutes walk from EA bus from the airport. Great base to explore the city. Highly recommend.

Front desk staff meticulous care, patience and professional explanation of the surrounding attractions and food, hotel rooms are also a lot of free items, mineral water, soda water, a variety of drinks room is spacious, light transmittance is very good, clean, simply refreshing, bed is also very comfortable, the room is central air conditioning, is simply a palace level of enjoyment. Go out to visit also sent a handwritten map, and to help me book the show tickets and cars, the model is very comfortable and enjoy the whole journey, too intimate! Really good, really checked in the left and right guests let people feel that other hotels do not feel very down-to-earth! There's fruit at night. It's so sweet. I'll stay in a hotel like this more often.

The hotel is located at the central area of Seville, and it is very convenient. However, the soundproofing facilities is extremely bad. I can hear the snore from customers next door, every single words when they are talking in phone calls. I would not recommend people to stay in this hotel.

Good location, nice old building. From the lobby you will feel like entering to the historical museum. Little bit tinny rooms.

We booked a superior double room with wi-fi, but when we got to the hotel they said it didn't have it.

The location is good, very close to the palace and church. Because the city is relatively small, other attractions can basically be reached on foot. The wifi is really poor. Not only can the wifi not connect to the Internet, but the signal in the room is also very poor. It is basically impossible to access the Internet in the room. The room is relatively small, the bathroom does not have an exhaust system, water is not provided, basic toiletries are provided, and cleaning is not done very seriously. Before I checked out, the cleaning staff knocked on the door fiercely. You can pay for breakfast, which costs 13 euros per person. If 3 people book for two consecutive days, they can get a discounted price of 10 euros per person, but we didn’t book it and went out for brunch.

The facilities were good and we only used breakfast. (It was very good) The food is made in a restaurant outside the hotel.

The hotel in general very good. Very well located… The horrible mattress. My back is broken. They gave me a room on the ground floor next to the vending machines and the elevator. Constant noises and screams. Impossible to rest!!! On top of everything, the curtains do not cover the light at all. Because of these negative things, I would not recommend it.

Hotel in the old town of Seville. There are many tourist attractions within walking distance, and it is a very convenient location for walking, but it is not facing the street where cars can enter, so you need to walk a little to the bus stop or train station. The single rooms are not so large, but they are well equipped, including amenities, and although old, they are clean and comfortable. In the middle of summer, the daytime temperature in Seville exceeds 40°C, but the central control type air conditioner was a little lacking in power, and I felt the heat in the room at times. The staff were very kind and courteous, and they greeted us with smiles, making our stay a pleasant one. Also, the rooftop terrace has a great view, although it gets too hot during the summer. The breakfast buffet had a complete menu, and I felt it was good value for money.

I went there after reading the reviews during my trip. It's so good as it is. It is convenient for travel and has good restaurants and tourist attractions nearby.

Very well located, in the heart of the Barrio de Santa Cruz, with the Cathedral and the Alcazar just a few meters away. 3 bus stations from Santa Justa and less than 5 minutes by taxi. The staff very friendly. They offer a welcome drink. The clean rooms with good air conditioning. I will repeat!

Very tasty and worth coming again.
