Numa | Jondo Apartments

This apartment is online check-in but it is very easy to get guidance from the online housekeeper. Everything’s perfect.

This is an amazing hotel. We had a family of six. It was so clean and new. Everything works so well. We would love to come back and stay here again. The staff was very helpful and accommodating. They really strive for excellence. I highly recommend this place.

We were willing to try this brand (unknown to us up until this trip) and regretted it upon our failed arrival to the apartments. A little detail that NUMA did not disclose fully on the ******* page is the fact that it is physically impossible to arrive by car to the hotel because of the width of the Sevilla streets downtown. Specially if you are traveling with 2 children and the corresponding luggage (3 full size suitcases + carry-ons). Nowhere does Numa indicate that turning corners in a medium size car to get to the location of the apartments is not physically possible even for a skilled driver as the street width is 6’6” (2 meters). To add to our ordeal, the parking facility located several blocks away, which was suggested by Numa, was closed as we arrived on Sunday after 8:00pm. As expected, Numa through their client experience person (sic) refused to reimburse any portion of the 2 pre-paid nights arguing that these conditions are “beyond their control” and that their ******* ad does states that “height restrictions apply for on-site parking”. However, that is not the point! Numa should make it even more clear that you can’t arrive by car. Period. Its not a location for people with disabilities, with kids, or with difficulty carrying their luggage for several blocks. I don’t know not have anything to do with this brand in the future if this os their client experience offer.

Wow,1 of the best venues I have stayed in ever…. I could of happily lived there…. A funky home from home,started with a personal welcome text…. High end goodies and treats as a welcome,immaculately clean, fully fitted…. And everything you could need….. Will definitely come back and will definitely recommend The only thing that would of made this absolutely perfect would be a rooftop pool… Also I would be in 2 minds about using the car park again 😱😱 it was very scary and the walls are full of scrapes and paint where obviously loads of cars didn’t make it!!!! It certainly caused us to share a few swear words and she’d a lot of sweat… Only drive to the venue if you have a very very small car …. Thanks for a lovely stay We will be back and we will be recommending
