It is the second time I have stayed at this hostel and my experience has been quite bad. They gave me the WORST ROOM they had in the entire hostel...if you can call that a room. All the rooms are pretty good except this one. To be honest, I don't think it's even habitable. Windows on the ceiling without blinds so it is impossible to sleep with so much light coming in, a horrible humidity that makes it seem like the sheets and pillow are wet from the cold humidity there, very uncomfortable beds... And they charged me the same as they charged me. They charged at the time for a room in good condition. Paying that amount of money for that room is a real scam, if you do this you should notify them of the conditions of the room. They couldn't change my room and the solution was to remove the window and put some black vinyl over it so that the light wouldn't come in and I could get some sleep. I went online and saw that on the third day of my stay there were rooms available (when they told me to my face that they couldn't change me due to full occupancy) and I had to tell them to please change my room by then. When they changed me there was no color... I haven't made a consumer complaint because they came to solve the fact that those windows had nothing to prevent light from entering (an almost transparent blind does not block out the light). It has been a real disappointment and I feel sorry for it because if they had done things right the experience would have been different, like the other time it was very good. I told them that I was not comfortable and that I wanted to leave, but I didn't because if I left there would be a penalty so we had to stay, at least the last night I was able to spend it in the other room and I was able to sleep what I didn't sleep in two nights.
