Booked a room for 2 adults and 1 child, at a price almost double than a room for 2 adults only, but apparently TEIP did only communicated to the hotel 1 room for 2 adults. When checking in I was told the child was not included in the booking send from TRIP to the hotel although my booking with TRIP had the child included. I was exceptionally given a double room for 2 adults but without any bed for the child. What a SCAM! Never again! Also the room booked via TRIP had kettle and coffee machine. None of these were provided in the room and none of these were made available to me despite having queried them to the reception. Contrary to most other 4 star hotels no bathrooms or slippers provided and no bathroom amenities provided. Very poor.

Great experience & good location

The staff were polite and friendly and arranged the lower floor I liked. The bed was very comfortable. My lover and I stayed in bed all day. The bed resisted very well, just like that in an inflatable mattress advertisement. (the advertisement shows a person sleeping on a mattress and a ballet dancer dancing beside him. He didn't wake up.) as for the rest of the hotel, I didn't look carefully because I've been enjoying the bed and will choose this hotel again.

We stayed in this hotel for four nights and felt that this hotel definitely did not meet four-star standards. First of all, there is a big gap between the website pictures and the real thing. There is no kettle, tea bags and coffee bags in the room, but these are all there in the website pictures. The decoration of the room is also very simple, or there is no decoration, it is completely white walls, and the walls are not even. On the day I checked in, I had a cold and felt uncomfortable. I wanted to boil some hot water, so I asked the front desk for a kettle. They said it would only be available in an upgraded room. You know, our room rate was 2,100 yuan per night, which was already very expensive. After a fight, we finally got a kettle. Our room rate includes dinner, but the dinner is very unpalatable. The menu changes every day, and most of the dishes are very slow. You can only eat a few bites. I don’t recommend that you choose dinner. You can eat at restaurants outside, and the prices should be about the same. The breakfast buffet is okay, with more choices. There are no shower caps and other thoughtful items in the bathroom, only hand soap and shampoo, which is not a four-star standard at all. To sum up, if you stay for one or two nights and the price is favorable, this hotel is okay, but it is definitely not recommended for a long stay.

We booked a twin room, but when we arrived, it was no longer available. The front desk upgraded us to a king-size room without informing us. But my friend and I needed two beds. Finally, we were able to coordinate and change to a suite. The coordination process was complicated. Fortunately, we were very satisfied with the room in the end. The environment was very good, the hygiene was well maintained, and the facilities were very new. The check-in experience was still very good. The hotel location was also good, about 20 minutes by taxi from the airport.

The hotel itself is very old and has been renovated later, but the bathroom is old. After changing two rooms, the sewer smell was relatively strong. On the second floor that the front desk gave us on the first night, there was a platform for activities under the window, and it faced the north and was relatively cold and humid. We were worried about the noise, so we asked the front desk to change rooms. The front desk was a *****, expressionless and could not even look at the computer. Without even looking at it, he said the room was full. Because the room smelled like sewage, we asked for fragrance, and the front desk promised to provide it, but we never received it. On the second night, we returned to the hotel at ten o'clock in the evening. Sure enough, an event was being held on the platform below, and it was very noisy with the windows on both floors closed. We asked to change rooms because the kids couldn't sleep. A front desk officer was ok, but said their hotel was not holding any events and asked the security guard to come into the room with us to check the situation. It feels really uncomfortable, like we are lying. The security guard also confirmed that the sound was indeed very noisy, but told us that it would end soon. It was already past ten o'clock at that time. We asked for a definite time for the end, but they couldn't tell us. We insisted on changing rooms. Finally, I moved from the second floor to the ninth floor, a south-facing room. Although the hotel is old, except for the strong sewage smell, the hygiene is pretty good, the rain is heavy and hot, and the bed is big and comfortable. But the price/performance ratio is not high, and most of the front desks are uncomfortable.

The room price is not cheap, but the location is good and the hotel is clean.

Ctrip’s pricing is much more expensive than ***********, and you have to pay extra city tax on site, and it’s even more with this. Ctrip actually still takes orders from ***********.

In the center of Seville, the bar and lobby downstairs of the hotel are great. It is about 2 kilometers away from the old city, but it is very close to the train station and the airport bus, and there is a shopping mall opposite, which is very convenient.
