Having no 24hr reception is a huge disadvantage, checking online is fine but what would you do if you are stuck outside the room and your electronic door key doesn’t work.
Had to call and send a video to someone sitting in Germany to sort out.
I would avoid this jazzer next time and book a proper hotel

I had everything i needed. I only missed an oven, but its probably not practical with a fire alarm in the room. Improvement is larger or more remarkable info/warning stickers for the door entrance and fire alarm as there occurred a few problems with that in the hotel.

Mir hat der Aufenthalt gut gefallen. Es wurde an alles gedacht und als doch Fragen auftraten, war telefonischer Service prompt erreichbar.
Einzige Mängel mMn: Die Räume sind etwas hellhörig, was ich jedoch öfter in Spanien erlebe und die örtliche Lage imnerhalb Sevillas ist nicht die Beste. Ä
Abgesehen davon, zu empfehlen.

Ojito que se quedan con la fianza!! Fuimos dos familias, al segundo día ponemos la TV, resulta que estaba rota con una línea que cruzaba toda la pantalla, de buena fe avisamos a los dueños, y nos dicen que antes de llegar nosotros funcionaba. MENTIRA!! No lo revisan y estaría de otros que alquilaron o lo mismo hasta se pudo averiar sola. Pues que sepan que si hay algo roto se la pegan al siguiente que vaya. Se han quedado con los 80€ de fianza injustamente.

Easy to access, clean and a 30min-1 hour walk from places to visit which is great! The only bad thing is that the cleaning team sometimes comes in without knocking to clean at any time of the day, which is a bit annoying.
