The exterior of the hotel is unremarkable, but the interior decoration is relatively new and very comfortable. It's about 5 or 600 meters walk from the Guadalquivir River, so the location is OK. The two ladies I met at the front desk who worked shifts provided good travel information and received positive reviews. The hotel environment is not given full marks because the restaurants and other supporting facilities downstairs are not rich enough. However, there is a supermarket about 50 meters away from the hotel. It has a complete range of things and the prices are cheap (refer to the receipt). If you need to replenish fruits, milk, etc., it is still good. convenient.

There is no kettle in the room, and you can't borrow one, so you can only go to the front desk to pour it one cup at a time, which is very inconvenient. Everything else is good.

The hotel is very new and clean. The room is big enough. Unfortunately, the air conditioner outside the window is completely dark. Downstairs is the restaurant McDonald's, and it is very convenient to take a taxi. It takes about 20 minutes to walk to the Grand Palace and the like, and it is very safe along the way.

Super favorite hotel!

Good hotel and a great location only 15 mins from all the main attractions. The room was ok. We paid for a balcony which I would not recommend as it was overlooking the noisy street. The room was comfortable and has most of what we needed but no quite basic. Had to call and request a kettle to make tea or coffee. The room was cleaned daily but sometimes very late on the day and not to the best quality

Hotel was in a nice location which was about 10 to 15 minutes from the centre. It was clean, spacious and I had a quiet room at the back. Breakfast was excellent and worth the €15 euros but we like trying different things so only ate there once. Would have no hesitation in booking again. Airport bus stop was again about 10 to 15 minute walk away which took you directly to the airport in 45 minutes for €5 euros single.

Car parking facility was easy to access and good value. On line checkout useful. Excellent buffet breakfast

The hotel is lovely, modern, clean. The position is great. The staff were helpful and freindly. The breakfast was really good.

IT is veru difficult to find recepti on - on the First floor withhout information on the street. The rooms are veru dark Categoru max 3.

Hotel had all we needed , large comfy bed , good shower , nice breakfast and pleasant and helpful staff . Good proximity to things to do and places to eat . Most attractions where walkable or easy to get bus or cab

Absolute gem of a hotel across the bridge from the main tourist area(10 minute walk at most) amazing staff and location . Very quiet considering it’s in the centre of Seville.We opted for a room with a terrace and it made all the difference with the warm weather.lots of local bars and restaurants all within walking distance and reasonably priced. For the price paid, a wonderful hotel! Only one thing we did miss having was an English news channel on the TV! Apart from that trivial matter it was lovely.

An excellent hotel in a safe, pleasant area of Seville. The hotel rooms are modern and well equipped - though a corkscrew in the rooms would be useful. The hotel gym is good - but can someone please get a water fountain installed for it? Overall an excellent stay.

The staff was wonderful, across the property for all services. The room was quiet (back facing) and had all we needed. The breakfast room was extraordinarily busy, with queue for the 2 coffee machines at all times, but wit plenty of choice and a very useful microwave!
