Was pleasantly surprised at the kindness and willingness to go above and beyond! Stayed for close to a week the staff was very accommodating. I purchased a car while staying there and must have left my lights or something on because when I went to leave, my battery was dead as I was just about to stress the staff came to the rescue got me a jump and made sure I was good to go! Very welcoming and polite exactly what I needed in the stressful time

Staff was very welcoming and guest room were clean & spacious. Very clean lobby and great variety of items in breakfast. They have renovations going on in stairs. Butterfly shaped hot pool with jets are amazing. Overall, very good stay. Location of the property is very good and lots of places to eat.

Check in was good, I was upgraded for free to a jacuzzi room so it was very spacious. It was 2 queen beds and it was very relaxing. The room we stayed in was very comfortable and clean. The beds were also comfortable with no dips. Bathroom was clean and it was a good stay.

Rooms were okay. Beds comfortable. One bed didn't have clean sheets as there was shredded cheese in the bed. Bathrooms were clean. Breakfast was okay. Yogurt was the only GF option. Front desk night employee was friendly. No one was at the front to check-out.

Stayed there with my family. Grandson had fun in their pool. Very clean and family oriented. We needed a pet friendly place to stay. Plenty of area to let dog walk around that wasn’t paved. Were able to book last minute while traveling. Check in and check out easy.

We stayed at the Quality inn in Seville, Ohio on my way home from Binghamton, New York to Grand Junction, CO. What we liked about the hotel that the pool was warm, there were a variety of TV channels, a big flat screen TV, and comfy beds. There also was a microwave and fridge. Mom thought it was a good value for the price. I did not like that there wasn’t a hot tub. The other thing was that there wasn’t much for breakfast. There was only yogurt, cereal, and toast. The machine was out of orange juice. They were also slow to get food out. I rated the hotel 4 stars. Mom would probably stay here again due to the price.

Had a very bad experience here. Room was dirty and we had to change rooms, (there was another client changing rooms when we were there also) one of the doors to the hotel doesn’t lock so anyone can enter any time of the day or night. I was charged 3 times for one night, they removed one but insisted my credit card company was at fault and that the second charge would come off in a couple of days. I was hung up on when I inquired about the charges. Do yourself a favor and find another hotel.

DO NOT STAY HERE! This hotel deserves a big fat 0 stars. Worst stay of our whole trip and we go no sleep. There was a party going on in the room next to us all night. There is NO manager on duty and you cannot contact the hotel in any way. Should have called the police. I contacted Choice corporate and they tried to call the hotel and the owner but could not. We did not feel safe staying here at all after that. The next morning, after no sleep, we went to the front desk where a rude young kid did not even care about what happened and lied that he was on duty all night. After thinking about it we put two and two together and realized it was probably him and his friends in the room next to us and it was obvious ***** were involved. Do yourself a favor and DO NOT STAY HERE it's cheap for a reason. By the way breakfast was horrendous and did not even look edible.
