Hawthorn Extended Stay by Wyndham Seville

This room was truly spacious, the bed was very comfortable and there is a couch to watch TV on instead of having to sit on the bed.

Rooms were spacious, bed was super comfortable, had a sitting area and a small kitchen - everything you need for an extended stay. Hotel was clean, quiet, and very welcoming. Would definitely stay here again if I'm back in the area. Highly recommended.

This hotel provides very good value. The rooms provide everything that you need, and the breakfast was very good. I would recommend this hotel.

This was one of the most wonderful hotels I’ve ever stayed in. The price was low and the service was superb. It was very affordable and I would 100% stay again if I’m ever In the area!

Front desk needs fired ! If you have that awful of an attitude get a job away from people or get therapy ! Awful. We stay in hotels all the time because my husband travels for work. Never once had any problems with any hotels before this. Worst experience with a hotel ever. We stayed for almost a week. When we first got there the front desk lady was not friendly at all. Didn’t bother us but we both noticed it. We explained this is a work trip and he works until 3pm each day. They said ok and told us where our room was. I barely slept all week. I’m assuming the people above us had very large dogs or multiple children because you could constantly hear them running sometimes all night long. 1am, 3am, it didn’t matter. Constant loud thuds. Sounded like someone was bowling upstairs. I know how dogs/kids are and I didn’t want to complain so I just dealt with it. But now after what we went through..let’s be honest, the front desk should be a little more smarter about where they place huge dogs or lots of children!! Fast forward a week and I get a knock on the door from room service .. who was very sweet.. telling us she was told it was time for us to leave unless we extended our stay. I thought this was a mix up as we explained when first getting to the hotel so I went to the front desk where the unpleasant lady was. I was very nice telling her I think there was a mix up as we told them my husband works until 3pm. She insinuated I was lying and told me to get my stuff and leave. I asked if we can extend it a day and she very rudely told me to get out that she already booked the room for someone else..? Now we have been here for about a week. There has never been more than 3-5 cars in the parking lot including ours. They are really out of rooms? Or can she just not do her job? My 2 dogs, my little daughter and I were kicked out and told to leave. This lady is extremely rude and needs a new job because she clearly isn’t happy with hers or knows how to do it well ! Also to add, when we first got there she didn’t tell us much of anything. We went to ask for the Wi-Fi password and she rolled her eyes and said “I already told you!” Uh no lady, you didn’t. And even if you did so what? You say it again.

This was a wonderful and welcome discovery. We could not have been greeted by a more helpful staff than Payton upon our arrival. She could not have been more helpful. Our room was clean and nicely furnished. Pool was a bit on the coolish side but clean and fully functional. Location was easy to get to. Nothing fancy here but MORE than nice and we were able to fully recharge for more travel the next day.

The property was overall clean. The staff was happy and always helpful. I will always stay here when in the Cleveland area. The rooms were spacious. The breakfast was good, yet simple. Thank you Hawthorn Extended Stay in Seville.
