The room is clean and tidy, the front desk is friendly, and the surrounding restaurants are delicious

It's a really old hotel, and it's far away from the cruise ship terminal. There's no breakfast yet, and you have to buy water. The hotel in Seward is really too expensive. Later, it was much better to move to harbor360, although it was expensive.

Very nice, clean, and convenient hotel. It was walkable to town (a long walk, but walkable) in either direction. The bear lamps were cute!

Staff was very friendly and helpful. I asked for a box to keep some fish in and she ended up just giving me a styrofoam cooler. What customer service.
