Beautiful location, fantastic food and great people. Mayuri, a butler and waiter was the best! He make us feel so special. We loved the resort, amazing views from the oceanfront villa and gorgeous beach. We recommend the food package. Food and service were spectacular! Enjoyed the sunset having a glass of champagne or beer playing cards on our deck. In the morning watching the sand sharks chasing octopus and small fish from the deck with coffee. The hotel is near the best beach on the big island ( 5 minutes away), but honestly the hotel’s beach is the prettiest and best to us on the island. We rented a car for the week, about the same cost as shuttle or taxis service back and forth to the airport. As a tip, if you want alcoholic beverages, buy wine, champagne and beer at duty free in the airport. Alcohol is expensive in Seychelles.

We got off the ship at 9:30 in the morning, our plane didn't take off until before midnight. After a week of multi-island cruises, we planned a rest day before the long flight. Owner: Lyra Jupiter Newly built modern guest house near the airport, friendly owner who takes care of everything (transfer, meals, etc.), lots of positive feedback. Lyra was already waiting for us at the port, we arrived at the accommodation after a 15-minute drive. After check-in, he offered coffee, cake and tropical fruit. After a few hours of rest, we admire the villas hidden on the hillside covered with tropical forest from the large balcony. I chose this place because of the price and location. This is the best choice if you want to explore Seyshelles by yourself and budget. Big room and the biggest bathroom. Very clean. Homemade breakfast and friendly people. The beach is about 500 meters away. And the bus stop is around the corner. Perfect place for those who love freedom, hospitality and prefer to spend money for adventures, not for luxury

We stayed at Canopy for our honeymoon in September/ October and this was the best decision we made. Brand new hotel with amazing facilities and located on our favourite part of the island. The friendliest staff (a BIG shoutout to chef André, Bram, Ashveena, Bruno and Michal) and the comfiest room with a nice terrace and the most magical view. Restaurant Avocet always had the best food at breakfast and dinner. The transfer lounge is also a big plus since our flight was late. The fact that the hotel also has entertainment almost everyday is very good and can make all of your nights there feel special. Also, the beach is amazing, being completely diferent in the mornings and afternoons due to the tides but always special in its own way. You will find several activities to do there. Bram, a special thank you to you. You were unstoppable. Always on top of everything and making sure we were having the best time. We will never be able to thank you enough. During the day, you may spot bats flying near the more secluded pool, where they peacefully make their home in a nearby tree. I booked this stay over 40 days in advance after attempting to reserve a room at their sister property, which was unfortunately sold out. While some reviews from top-tier Hilton members expressed disappointment, I remained optimistic. As the trip approached, I emailed the property with some questions. It took nearly two weeks to get a response, which was frustrating, and I almost canceled. However, they eventually replied with the details I needed, and I decided to keep my reservation. Upon arrival, we were warmly welcomed with refreshing towels and a drink, a thoughtful touch. Ahkmed escorted us to our room, which was waiting with a delightful welcome of macarons and dried coconut. Surprisingly, the bed was decorated for a honeymoon with animal-shaped towels—a charming but unexpected touch. The room was spacious, secluded enough for privacy yet conveniently located near one of the pools and the beach. Ahkmed also gave us a thorough tour of the property and shared some helpful tips for exploring Seychelles. The resort itself is breathtaking, offering an exclusive and relaxing atmosphere. Both the pools and the beach are never overcrowded, and fresh towels are always available. The food, while on the pricier side, is delicious, with breakfast included (though the options are limited and repeat daily). Emma and Lisa stood out for their excellent customer service, and the drinks are strong and worth the price. Stephane, the bartender at Solely, is friendly and skilled, and Sedrick at the Kokoye bar makes a unique special that’s worth trying. Overall, I would happily return and recommend a stay here at least once—it’s an unforgettable experience.

There is some sea**** floating in the sea water, I wonder if it is seasonal. Everything else is fine. The service staff were very friendly. According to the regulations, check-in can only be done at 2 o'clock. We were first given a rest room, and then we were able to check in after it was cleaned after 1 o'clock. Beautiful environment, suitable for vacation.
