The Borj Dhiafa is definitely where you want to stay when in Sfax. This hotel gets 5 stars from me. The staff, rooms, restaurant are all the best. The hotel is kept immaculately clean, rooms are spacious. The staff is friendly & speak many languages. The food served in the restaurant is delicious. I've traveled the world and the Borj Dhiafa is where I'd want to stay the most.

I'm only posting for the spa I booked a hammam, facial scrub and massage package. I'm the only customer so it should have been nice but we've already been given a size s bathing dress even though I'm an xl... The person for the scrub chews his gum during the service Shower without a suitable towel I arrive for the reserved facial treatment and a foot treatment is prepared for me. We quickly set up a table for the treatment. Uncomfortable and full light. The staff receives calls and sends text messages during treatment. I make the remark. The products are applied quickly and I come out with tight and, above all, poorly cleaned skin Correct but quick massage The person can see clearly that I did not like the service.... In short 150 dt...too expensive and not at all a the height of an establishment of this standing....to avoid

Disrespectful and all they want to do is stealing from you. Not professional on event planning. Rooms not clean, everything feels dirty and old. The smell on smoking everywhere especially in the rooms was disgusting. Not honest staff and management.

Overall I really enjoyed staying at the hotel, the rooms are specious, clean comfortable and it contained all the necessities. the hotel offers efficient and fast wifi. All the stuff are professional and super friendly they would make you feel at home. the Food is super delicious and there is plenty of options and varieties to choose from.

Location is a bit distant, and for a tourist it’s around middle of nowhere. However, it’s not far from medina, and you have to use taxi or limo anyway. Hotel is quite nice outside. In room there is good bed. Good shower. Separate toilet. Sluggish wifi.
