Отель абсолютно не стоит своих денег. Персонал отвратительный, номера обшарпанные и плохо убранные. При бронировании, как оказалось, администратор назвала цену за человека, а не за номер, что оказалось поздно вечером при заселении. На просьбу поменять номер на более дешевый, был дан ответ, что все есть занято. Так как отелей в городе не так много, поменять отель не было возможности. Заставили заплатить двойную цену, а не ту, что была указана при бронировании по телефону. Персонал наотрез отказался идти на компромисс и делать какие-либо скидки. Разговор с руководством также не дал никакого результата. Не советую вам оставаться на ночь в этом объекте, вас обберут до нитки. Они ставят себя выше других, возомнили себя 5-звездочным отелем!
