Staff baik , location strategic . 2nd time stay at this hotel, but this time im not satisfied at all . 1) Housekeepers tk tukar selimut ke ? Bcs ada stain . 2) Bila bkk paip, air terus bocor drpd tali2 tu . 3) Bilik tk dikemas dgn baik, sbb rambut2 tu ada dkt atas meja2, dkt bed side table . 4) Breakfast ? 5/10 only . Not so many options. 5) I didn’t complained on that day or ask for room change bcs of to tired 8 hours of driving. Just need to sleep .

Very strategic place to stay, Surrounded by many facilities and easy to get food, Parking free using TNG. Definitely will repeat again.

Very bad hotel! The hotel is old and dirty, got stains on the carpets and sheets. The aircond is unable to cool the overall room, you can only feel the tiny cold air. The toilet smells like sewage even they do provide toiletris. The breakfast is actually good but you have to ask them to refill the food because the staffs are not really aware whether the food is available or not. So inconvenience. The only good part is free parking upon retrieval.

The price is affordable with spacious room. My kid enjoy the swimming pool. We stay there for Rakan Muda Fun Run 2024 and they give us extra time for check up during that day.

The lobby is currently being refurbished ; hopefully the next time am here it’d be better . The room I had was facing the pasar malam (night market); nothing much to view hahaha But overall ok lah Quiet, functioning appliances

Nice to stay but pool is under maintenance…..

Book for my families and they really enjoy staying here. Food was great.

The room was ok with all the ammenities as expected. Except that me and my hubby couldn't sleep the whole night as the room was so hot. This was because the aircond was not functioning as expected. The maintenance boy did came to topup the gas but still it room felt so hot. We were sweating. I asked for a fan and the hotel provided us with a portable aircond. But it didn't help much. Apart from this, all was ok. The breakfast spread was ok with the delicious indian tosei and capati.

Everything is good. Room size just worth with the price. The breakfast buffet is delicious and got variety of food. Got swimming pool and the hotel just near the shoplot area and Salam Hospital. No problem to find food there. Parking per entry rm10 using touch n go but u can waive the parking charge at the reception counter. Other than that all good. Make sure ur TNG balance more than rm10.

I book this hotel for my colleagues from Vietnam. He really likes the place and doesn't stop complimenting us for book his place there.

Second time at this hotel, booked for a wedding nearby. Overall a decent stay. Buffet was okay, highlight is definitely the fresh from oven croissants.

Everything was ok except car parking not available when we reached and parking the car far away and walking in the rain to lobby.. No dropped off service to register at the lobby and was labelled no parking.. overall good customer service and room was clean..
