New refurbished hotel Provides Free Parking Near to theme parks or water park within walking distance

Last booking on july/2024 , this 2nd time staying here. So suprise lobby on renovation , feel tired walking from parking to outside cause lobby on level 6 😣

Dekat theme park,bdr icity, dekat dgn shopping mall.

Everything ok. Especially food part, all delicious and good 😋

All great with the hotel. The staff help me a lot with booking that trip.com didnt inform me that my check in date have changed. Solution that trip.com give me to topup with my own money & claim later instead of deal directly with hotel agent to check in me directly. Luckily staff hotel help me to check in on that day.

We enjoyed our stay and the delicious breakfast served. I could have booked a bigger room the next time .

very nice and comfortable stay, i love it , good front office and customer service. satisfied.

Ample of parking, free just validate at reception. room is moderately in okay condition, tight space a bit, okay to stay for one night.

for service front desk staff, very helpfully.. but for room, disappointed.. toilet smells something (bau orang tengah berak kuat).

We stayed at Best Western on my son's 10th birthday & mother's day weekend. We had an amazing time. The front desk staff, Azhan granted my request for getting a room near the lift due to my 70 yrs old mom's unability to walk far. What an awesome gesture!. My son & I had a great time at the free entrance Waterworld. All of us really enjoyed the buffet breakfast spread. There were various food available, nasi kerabu w ayam percik, roti canai, nasi lemak, dimsum, waffle w choc & ice cream, omelette, fresh pastries etc etc. I think the breakfast buffet was the best in Selangor. Thank you Best Western.

Room is ok but bit small, breakfast is ok and variety, overall is acceptable.
