Location is strategic. Mamak restaurant just beside the hotel. Room is fit for purpose as a solo business traveller.

Frontdesk- no smile at all
Room- ok, cleanliness need to improve.
Arrangement of TV weird.

Alat kawalan jauh hawa dingin dan tv tidak berfungsi dengan baik.cerek elektrik tidak disediakan serta kopi 3 in 1 pun tidak ada.perkhidmatan kemas bilik seperti tukar tuala dan sarung bantal pun tidak ada.selama 8 hari saya menginap di hotel ini.

The air conditioning remote control and tv did not work properly. Electric kettle was not provided and 3 in 1 coffee was not available. Room cleaning service such as changing towels and pillowcases was not available. For 8 days I stayed at this hotel.

Air di dalam tandas terlalu perlahan,sehinggakan susah nak mandi....

Kalau boleh janganlah trlampau adjust tu air....susahlah nak mandi....

Persekitaran dalam tandas pun sngat kotor...lantai jubin kuning..sangat2.....

Wc cover pun dah terlepas

Tolong baiki la boss sebelum orang lain nak menyewa.

The environment in the toilet is also very dirty...yellow tile floor...very.....

The toilet cover is also missing

Please fix it boss before someone else wants to rent it.
