My stay at the hotel was just nice. While it had free parking and was conveniently located near my meeting place, there were several issues. The water pressure was slow, and the glass in the bathroom was see-through, which was uncomfortable. Additionally, there was a smoking smell coming from other rooms, which was unpleasant.

Booking the room because of exhibition. Just beside the exhibition hall very convenient for us. Above my expectations.

Nice place to stay at near shah alam town...very comfortable with a big room and space...suitable for family and couples...parking lot available with no payment

Good clean and nice stuff

Big room. Nice view. TV no signal. Call for technician but never come. Bathroom using frosted glass, not suitable for family. Not include prayer mat. Breakfast, no pastry.

Book for my husband as he has meetings nearby. Basic hotel. Overall, good.

I was staying there for 4 days for a business trip, the cleaning services totally disappointed me. The room was so small (Superior Room), the carpet didn't vacuum since i check in. The Room Tag ( for cleaning ) was in the floor for the past 4days and didn't hang back at the door knob. Even the used mug didn't wash for 4days.

Bilik very nice for one night stay.agak besar utk traveller. Cuma cermin bathroom agak almost transparent.kalau nak mandi perlu tutup lampu bilik Dan toilet.utk couples okay.kalau family perlu coverup cermin dgn towel. Breakfast ok sesuai dgn harga bilik bole repeat for short escape

Overall okay and so nice but not convenient! Please make it one mart and restaurant at downstairs

Tell the truth im not happy with my visit this time cause of this : 1) i got room no 5011 but when i access the room theres a hole on top of the cylling just right up infront of toilet and the whole carpet was burst wet with rain water plus the room smell so bad 😔 2) after i when down to ground floor inform the frontdesk person incharge that time about my previous room she change me to sama 5th Level but another room which is just beside of the previous room but guess what this time around the outcome i receive is room wasnt proper lock the door is wide open and more worst of the bedsheet havent tidy clean at all come on where the hell is the housekeeper??? how can management didnt alert about your staff and lend room key to new visito without checking the condition of your Property 🤬 (at this moment i feel so disappointed and herritated already) 3) but in the end luckily lady at frontdesk alert about my tempo and she again change me to another room still at 5th floor but this time bigger room without extra charge and bonus come with window and sideroad view otherwise i think my temperture will complete burst to radio active thanks to her for her quick alert… So moral of the story/review please Pegasus Hotel Management do your work and check your staffs (housekeeper) so visitor wont write review like me. Its never my attention to wrote like this since i use love spendings time here before 😞

Room was comfy, breakfast was way too basic. I feel sorry for the foreign sport team that stayed at the same time as me. Gym equipment was great.
