Total unsatisfactory. TV not working, room service food spoiled, bathroom sink drainage blocked, breakfast buffet is pathetic.. no of the food had any taste…. Over all very bad experience. I will never recommend this hotel to any one.

I've been to this hotel many times, but if i can I prefer to avoid it. Though super convenient for airport, the facility is old, the food is terrible and breakfast is so so and messy. If they renovated the place and improved the services it would be a great place

My stay at Ramada Plaza by Wyndham Karachi Airport Hotel was unpleasant as I suffered with some problems that i was not expecting in this star rated hotel.

The light is quite dark inside room.

A very bad stay: 1. The flight arrives in the morning. Since check-in can only be done after 12 noon, the hotel does not arrange pick-up and drop-off. 2. The room is old, very dark and feels very uncomfortable. 3. The fan outside the room is too loud. 4. The light switch in the hallway is useless. I can only sleep with the light on at night. Also, I would like to remind friends with weak stomachs to be careful when drinking drinks!

The room the hotel showed us on the first floor when we checked in that night. Because we were Chinese, the hotel manager took us to see the room and said it was close to the swimming pool and the first floor was convenient for escape. As a result, the air conditioner in the first room was on and it was the same as not on. We called the front desk and they agreed to change the room, but the trash can in the original room was obviously not cleaned. The air conditioner in the second room worked but it was full of mosquitoes and flies. The bed sheets were also dirty and had oil stains. We left a message the next day to change it, but we found that the room was very damp and dark. The changed bed sheets were still dirty. But seeing that the other waiter was not easy, we didn't change them. However, the dampness and mosquitoes still affected our health. We asked them to change the room to a building in the hotel lobby. The front desk said no, it was full. We couldn't stand it anymore and complained the next day before they agreed to change it. However, the air conditioner didn't work after we changed it. We were too tired. We woke up the next day and found that the hotel toilet had a sewer odor, which was really disgusting. Fortunately, it was our last day.

Very very good hotel

There was no internet connection in the room, and even after I told her several times, there was no improvement. In the end, when I left, there was no internet connection.
