The hotel looks less good in real life than on the pics provided even though they claim it was recently renovated. I booked a king size bed but got the last room with twin beds. The shower was cold, the heater was working only for the sink...

Very bad customer service couldn't find booking. Then asking to pay more etc. Front reception needs more training, poor communication. Don't recommend

The housekeeping was very bad, and i was given a torn towel and no in-house restaurant. Also, no person is present to take your bag from ground floor to 1st floor and also the other way.

It’s close to the airport. Very convenient. Comfortable bed. The staff is helpful. Pick up and drop is available at your convenience.

I booked delux balcony view room i paid too. When i'm reached hotel they said your not confirmed by hotel. So no rooms. Finally they offered normal room

It is a good place. I think it's just a tiny little bit more costly than the service quality. Stayed for just one night during a one day trip to hyderabad. Hotel provided us early check-in with rs. 500 extra. Room was very basic, and amenities like tea-coffee kit, towel, toilet rolls were not provided replaced. While the room quality is okay because the price is cheap. The basic amenities not being present is a negative. Service was prompt. Staff were very courteous. Arranged a cab for us to drive and visit around in a very reasonable rate. They don't have a restaurant, but have basic breakfast service available every morning at room service.

This is a work in progress. New owners are working hard refurbishing a run down hotel. The manager was wonderfully friendly, kind and helpful. My room was clean and comfortable with good air con, wifi and ceiling fan. I couldn't get any hot water but it was naturally warm. Do not expect western level comfort. I slept well and would use them again.
