During checkin, hotel said that they've upgraded us from superier to suite. However, later we realised that its a trap as it was the worst suite room (no. 10xx) we have ever seen in our 10-12yrs of travel. No windows in the room, room filled with paint smell, dark and dingy, faulty toilet flush and the worst part was the key card slot was faulty which lead to electric power tripping and falling every 30 seconds and i had to manually push the key holder back in its place while the whole suite was pitch dark coz of zero windows. Hotel failed to give us a normal superior room with windows n fresh air n we had to sleep in that dark hole for the night. Finally next morning after lot of escalations n complaining we got a superior room (no. 3010) with windows n we could breath again. This room was much better but still i am giving this bad review coz we did not see any reciprocation or consideration from hotel after such a bad experience which illustrates quite unprofessional front desk managers n staff.
