The cleaning lady at that time was attentive and thoughtful. She cleaned every room she checked in. She worked very hard here for many years. Maybe she was getting older. I have reached retirement age, and then, in 2023, I don’t know when I changed the housekeeping service. I have had a relationship with the current housekeeping service. Although the frequency of check-in has been low recently, she cleans the rooms every time I stay. It's very clean, but some small details are not as good as before. Sometimes some hair will fall from the corners. There are also pillows. In the past, every room was equipped with two pillows as standard, but now many rooms only have one pillow. The roll paper has changed from one roll for the bedside and one for the bathroom, to one roll, half roll, or none, like the one I checked in yesterday. 209. The roll paper is about 20cm when stretched out. I used the one I brought with me. The only room without an air conditioner remote control was 209. My hands are not long and my phone has infrared. I can pick up the phone to control the air conditioner! I can’t even use the air conditioner remote control! I am not a careless person and will not take the remote control away! The sound insulation is relatively poor, I didn't sleep well all night; breakfast is better than going to the restaurant next door. The shower water pressure in the bathroom is very high, the bath is OK, but the toilet sewer is not dripping, and the staff is still enthusiastic. This hotel is very cost-effective and is very close to Shanghai Wild Animal Park. It is within walking distance and can save the 30 yuan parking fee of the zoo. KFC is right next to it. Friendly staff and good service. The bed and pillows were very comfortable, breakfast had many choices and taste was good. It takes about 25 minutes drive from the Pudong airport, they have a shuttle for free. I was staying overnight to take a flight the next day. If you don’t mind being a little farther from the airport, it’s a good choice to stay here.

it is cheap if you have long lay over but be aware that the location is remote, if you have long layover at night it is a good option, i book this hotel for an airport transfer and for me to have a rest, but got so stress with miscommunication regarding the pick up so be aware, the pick is at terminal 2 departure area at gate 29, every hour, 6:45,7;45,8:45. they gave me different instruction that gave me too much stress,thanks to trip.com customer service, so hard to communication barrier, the room is fine but smelly bathroom, i didnt stay longer because i fell uneasy. but the staff here they are very nice and helpful she even offer us some tea. but how i wish i had a better experience.
