I had the most incredible experience staying at the Shanghai Prodor Music Hotel! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with warm smiles and exceptional service. The hotel's unique blend of music and hospitality creates an atmosphere like no other. The attention to details is absolutely amazing. My room was not only comfortable and luxurious but also equipped with top-notch Bang and Olufsen sound systems, allowing me to enjoy my favorite music in style. The attention to detail in the room's design, with musical motifs and decor, made my stay truly special. My room was decorated with precious wood, high quality leather, beautiful marbles all assembled in sophisticated patterns. The level of automation from the lights to the curtains and the Villeroy & Boch washlet was out of this world. The hotel's restaurant offered a delightful culinary journey with a diverse menu that catered to all tastes. The chefs prepared my breakfast to my exact liking. The buffet was garnished with fresh ans well selected products. The maître d’hôtel will guarantee a smooth communication with the kitchen making the dinning experience smooth and most enjoyable. What truly sets the Shanghai Prodor Music Hotel apart is its dedication to music. If you don’t know who is Lang Lang he is world renowned piano player and the Prodor Music Hotel was established in his honor. The on-site music studio and regular music events make it a haven for music enthusiasts. I even had the opportunity to attend a live music workshop during my stay, which was both educational and entertaining. The staff's hospitality made me feel like a valued guest. Big kudos to Candice, Kris, and Daniel for their exceptional courtesy and problem solving skills. Whether you're a music lover or not, this hotel offers an unforgettable experience that combines luxury, hospitality, and a deep appreciation for the art of music. I can't wait to return to the Shanghai Prodor Music Hotel for another harmonious stay!

This e-sports hotel gives people a very real feeling. The first thing that attracted me was the computer configuration there, which is relatively high-end on the market. It is stress-free to run various large-scale games, and the picture is smooth and not stuck. The room design is very user-friendly. The game area and the rest area are clearly divided. You can fall directly on the bed to rest when you are tired of playing. The bedding is also very comfortable. The network environment must be praised. With the support of fiber-optic broadband, the speed is very fast whether it is downloading updates or online battles, making the game process more enjoyable. In terms of service, the reception at the front desk is enthusiastic, and any feedback can be solved in time, which makes people feel very comfortable. The sound insulation effect is also well handled. Even if you play until late at night, you don’t have to worry about disturbing others or being affected by external noise. The surrounding supporting facilities are complete. There are all kinds of restaurants and convenience stores within a few steps of the door to meet the needs of different tastes. In terms of price, although it is not the cheapest, considering the hardware and service quality provided, the cost performance is still quite high. The room is clean, well-equipped, the service is friendly, and a suitable room was changed. The surrounding transportation is convenient, with buses and subways, and a snack street downstairs for dining.

I stayed here for 1 day and found everything very new, the garden was beautiful and there was a cute cat. But my room is a bit dark, has no windows and it's quite difficult to breathe, but I usually go out to play and only come back to sleep at night so that doesn't affect me. 4.9/5

The hotel facilities are relatively complete. I have stayed in so many hotels and found that the toiletries are not easy to use. The toiletries set of this hotel is pretty good. The shower gel smells good and the hair is not so dry and tangled after washing with shampoo. I will stay here again when I come to Shanghai next time. The price is very economical and cost-effective.

Not the best hotel. Toilet is clean but room carpet and wall are very down and dirty. Window can’t even be closed fully. One night stay is enough, if a few night, probably will choose to pay more and stay other hotels.

Another stay here. A simple, no frills hotel for a good price. I love the location with two plazas within walking distance and the metro station about a 6 minute walk. Very convenient for getting to anywhere in the city on Line 9. This is the first time I checked the television and was a bit sad that there was only one English channel. Though this was not a big deal for me as I was only in the room to sleep. I like to book a room on the south side of the hotel as there is an open view looking over a school field. However, if you stay on a weekday, I am told the school has announcements early in the morning, so a room on the north side might be better for Sunday night to Thursday night. Check in was fast again and I was in my room within about 5 minutes. While I was very comfortable in my room, I did notice that the walls were getting a bit worn. There was also something on the walls that looked like dust, but I hope it wasn't mold. It seems they might need to think about doing some simple renovations. The height adjustment for the shower was also broken so it wanted to fall. I should have mentioned this to the front desk but I forgot. Overall, another nice stay but they may need to plan some simple renovations like painting the walls and checking the fixtures in the rooms.

Breakfast is good including local and continental options. Location is excellent. Close to all major attractions .lots of local restaurants, Family mart and Lawson nearby. Room size and daily house keeping is perfect. Laundry room available with washing machines and dryers and open for all. Front desk is very efficient, helpful and can speak English.
