I booked this hotel specifically for the free shuttle service, and it definitely didn't disappoint. The shuttle service was very convenient, though the wait time for the evening airport shuttle was a bit long; hopefully, they can improve that. The front desk service was excellent, especially Chris and Logic, who were incredibly warm and helpful, reminding us about breakfast times and shuttle schedules. There's even a coffee machine in the lobby, which is a great touch! 👍

I stayed at this Holiday Inn Express near Yu Garden for some business, and the overall experience exceeded my expectations—I was very satisfied. The location is truly unbeatable and makes getting around effortless; the metro station is right outside the door, so you can easily reach anywhere in the city. Just a short walk from the hotel is my mother's alma mater, the former Shanghai Sixth Girls' High School. The vintage red-brick architecture is filled with nostalgia, making our stroll past it particularly touching. It's also an easy walk to the City God Temple (Chenghuang Miao). I wandered over in the evening when I had some free time to take in the lively, authentic atmosphere of the old town, where dining, drinking, and entertainment are all at your fingertips. The guest rooms are clean, tidy, and feature a modern, minimalist decor that made for a very comfortable stay. The breakfast offered a great variety and was delicious. What really warmed my heart was the service—the staff were attentive and thoughtful, even providing a foot basin. Soaking my feet after a long, busy day completely washed away the exhaustion; you can really feel their sincerity in these little details. Whether you're visiting Yu Garden and the City God Temple as a tourist or staying short-term for business, I highly recommend this hotel. The location, service, and amenities are all top-notch. I will definitely choose this place again on my next visit.

I stayed at the Holiday Inn Express Shanghai Pudong Airport Zhujiao during my recent trip. First, the most important point: the hotel's name can be misleading, making you think it's right next to Pudong Airport. In reality, it's still 16-20 kilometers away, which takes about 30-40 minutes by car. If you have an early morning flight, be sure to allow plenty of time and don't be fooled by the name. The hotel's main advantage is its high value for money; it's quite affordable, so it's a good option if you're on a budget. The rooms have basic amenities, meeting simple overnight rest needs. The hygiene is just okay, with room for improvement in the details; don't expect a luxury hotel standard. Overall, it's located in Zhujiao Town, so the surrounding area isn't very bustling, but parking is convenient. If you're driving, aren't in a rush, and just need a place to stay overnight, the price is acceptable.

I had a late flight back to Pudong, and originally planned to take Line 2 to Tangzhen. However, the flight was delayed a bit, and I didn't realize that Pudong Airport Line 2 stops operating at 10:30 PM. I ended up taking a taxi, which cost 60 RMB. The front desk gave me a complimentary member drink and even upgraded my room. It was a truly massive room, and the room amenities were excellent. The breakfast the next day was also very rich; the auntie at the noodle stall had an exceptionally good work attitude, and the mixed noodles and wontons were delicious. The fruit was also very fresh. I actually stayed here once when the hotel first opened, and this time it felt even better. The windows are very soundproof, but the room door's soundproofing isn't ideal. I was woken up early in the morning by loud shouting from an elderly couple in the hallway, reminding me that I was back in China.

This was my first stay at a Holiday Inn Express in China, and it brought back good memories of my previous stays in the US before the pandemic. I had quite a few impressions this time around. First, the front desk staff were very friendly and polite. However, when I opened the door to my room, I was hit with a strong smell of smoke. After I reported it, they immediately helped me change rooms – I was very satisfied with that 👍. The breakfast deserves praise; there was a good variety, and everything suited my taste buds. I was pleasantly surprised to find two types of cheese, which paired nicely with a Luckin Coffee – very enjoyable! I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time I'm in Shanghai. As an unexpected bonus, they even gave me a small gift when I checked out.

Nancy at the front desk is incredibly dedicated and responsible. She's always polite and courteous, providing meticulous and thorough service. She listens patiently to all inquiries, offers clear explanations, and handles everything efficiently and smoothly, paying close attention to every detail. Her daily interactions are polite and generous, and her communication is friendly and natural. Her professionalism is outstanding, making the overall service experience excellent and incredibly comfortable. She is truly an exceptional front desk staff member.

The three ladies at the front desk had excellent attitudes. The auntie who cooked noodles for breakfast was a fantastic cook. The room was clean, and it's very close to the subway station. While it's not exactly close to the North Bund, getting there by subway is super convenient. There's a park nearby with lots of food options, and you can even order takeout and have a robot deliver it to your room. For this price point, I'm very satisfied!

This time, my family and I stayed at the Holiday Inn Express Shanghai North Bund Riverside. The hotel is newly opened, and the environment and facilities are very clean. The front desk service was also very friendly. They helped upgrade our room and even gave us a complimentary breakfast for a child. We were very satisfied and had a very pleasant trip. Stayed here for 4 nights and really enjoyed it. The location is very convenient, with a shopping mall nearby and easy access to Hongqiao Railway Station and the airport. The room was comfortable and everything was smooth during the stay. Would happily stay here again.

This stay was absolutely perfect, 10/10! The hotel is super close to the park, and the shuttle service is incredibly convenient. The perk of early entry an hour before opening was amazing – we got to take photos in front of an empty castle! The room details were fantastic, from the fireworks lamp by the bed to the adorable Mickey head soap. The smart facilities were new and spotless, and the soundproofing was excellent, ensuring a super peaceful sleep. Breakfast was incredibly rich and varied; the beef noodles with orange peel were divine! Plus, there were Disney characters in pajamas interacting and high-fiving guests, which delighted both kids and adults. The front desk staff proactively helped with our luggage, the minibar drinks were unlimited, and the late-night snacks were warm and thoughtful. Next time we come to Disney, we'll definitely choose this hotel without hesitation. The fairytale atmosphere combined with the divine service makes it unbeatable value for money!
