Ji Hotel (Shanghai Luhe Neon Luo Road Branch) Reviews

This is my first time with Ji Hotel and I'm more than happy. Staff are all helpful and friendly even we are not Chinese. Also love the robot delivery in the hotel. Laundry service is free and if you are on the go, put the clothes into washer, leave a post-it note (during working hours) and the housekeeper might even help you put the clothes into dryer, fold them etc. The only downside is, our toilet glass is basically transparent (no way to close it or what) and we're a family of four. It's funny someone could just watch you do your "business" in the toilet. Hope they can fix this problem.

5 points for location because this hotel is right opposite a subway station and very close to Shanghai office for work. Hotel room is of simple design but very clean, the bed is very comfortable, and staff is polite and friendly... best Ji Hotel in the area! There are eateries around and also walking distance to the new restaurant strip on Tian Lin Road. A good choice of hotel for those who travel to Cao He Jing for business trip.

The family room is large, and the toiletries smell good. It's not far from Hongqiao Airport, and it's very convenient to go shopping in Jing'an District or ride on the Pudong Greenway. There is a food street near the hotel (Tianlin Road). The grass-roots night stalls are super delicious.
