Transit in Shanghai for 17hrs - good location as its close to airport, points for free shuttle pickup and drop off. The shuttle didn’t have the english name of the hotel so it was difficult/almost impossible to find the bus- had to ask every single bus that came cause I don’t read Chinese. Most of the workers don’t speak English. The room however was clean and spacious. It was an ok experience.

I loved the hotel. I was once locked out of the room, the nice lady at the reception came and unlocked the door for me. The hotel was clean and quite. Highly recommended.

Good location, near the airport. Laundry service. The dryer doesn't dry well so, if you need to do laundry, make sure you have some time for your clothes to get dry. Nice people. And we'd like to say our special thank you to miss Li. Young lady that helped us a lot and provided us with the best service. Thank you for your help and for coffee early in the morning, that's what we did need that day before our long flight.

Overall the room it's pretty good , pretty wide and cleanliness ,but the room full of the smell of cigarrettes.

Overall, my wife and I enjoyed the stay. The room decoration is probably old and the lights were dim. Everything else was good. We appreciate the staffs friendliness and helpfulness. There were many restaurants and eateries within walking distances.

This is one of the worst hotels I have ever stayed in. Does the person who writes good reviews really have no pain in their conscience? 1. I used a big, broken-down, smelly minibus to pick me up. After the driver picked me up, I was driven around at Pudong Airport for 30 minutes. I really couldn’t bear to tell the driver, please let me down and I won’t go. The driver turned a deaf ear and I had to say The minibus was packed with people, and we didn’t arrive at the hotel until 1 o’clock in the middle of the night. 2. The goods are not right. It is not a hotel at all. The names don't even match. 3. I had a nervous breakdown and was too sleepy, so I wanted to sleep. When I opened the door, I saw a spooky and eerie view. The bed was as hard as if there was no mattress. When I touched it, my heart finally died. It was extremely humid and I didn’t change the sheets or use an iron. No doubt it has been ironed. 4. I don’t dare to take off my clothes and take a shower, just like the hotels that often had problems in Hong Kong movies in the 1980s. I stayed there for 6 hours watching funny videos and ran away. 5. Drop-off at the airport. I had a 9:30 flight and was told that there were only two drop-offs at 6:00 and 8:00 in the morning. OK, OK👍I can just take a taxi myself. 6. I finally got measles on the plane, laughing mouse. 7. I will continue to complain on major platforms. Whoever lives in the hotel will be unlucky.

The room was quite nice. The front desk also delayed check-out. There was also free airport pick-up service. The scenery next to the hotel was also quite nice. The facilities were also very complete. It was a quite satisfactory experience.

We checked in early when a clean room was available at around 10am. We were given a sunny room with good lighting and floor-to-ceiling windows. The hotel shuttle bus to the airport at 2am took us back to the hotel. The driver and front desk service were very good. Recommended.

The hotel environment is very good. There is a parking lot at the door of the hotel. There is a shopping mall next to it. There are many places to eat, including hot pot, barbecue and supermarket. Breakfast is from 6:00 to 6:30, right next to the elevator on the first floor. The front desk staff is also very enthusiastic and helped us to delay check-out for free. I will come to this store next time

The service here is very good, there is an airport shuttle. It is very convenient to visit Disneyland, and the breakfast is also delicious. Thank you for your thoughtful arrangement. And I can check out late and rest for two more hours, which is very humane. Thank you

I can only say that I stayed for one night in order to catch a flight in the morning. I took a picture of the real thing and it is like that! The bathroom only has a curtain and no door 😓😓😓Other shuttle buses and the front desk are polite and the service attitude is OK

The hotel is in a great location, very close to Pudong Airport. The hotel has a free shuttle bus. It takes less than 15 minutes to get from the airport to the hotel. I said I didn't want a room at the front or the back, and the front desk upgraded my room. It's not far from the elevator, just a few steps away, which is great for a lazy person like me. I had an early flight in the morning, and the front desk suggested that I go there at 4 o'clock, which was just the right time. They also called me in advance to remind me to pack up and go downstairs to take the shuttle bus. The service is really good and considerate.
