Excellent service. They make communication easy via wechat and were prompt in responding to each message. Everyone is polite, attentive, helpful, and welcome. I'll choose this hotel again on my next stay.

Really love the hotel concept and facility. Its like airbnb but with cleaning service everyday. Location was great too and near the bund. Staff Cecilia and Vicky were very helpful and friendly. This hotel is definitely one of my top picks whenever I visit Shanghai!

We loves OPARTMENT. I traveled with my wife and 3 grown kids. We took 2 bedroom’s apartment with 2 toilets, kitchen and hall area. DESIGN_ The whole part of the hotel is designed with loves and passion. Black&White as the main theme with an english concept. It’s so beautiful. LOCATION_ • Food, We are muslim. A lot of points to be considered especially Muslim HALAL FOOD. Yes, in 150m walking distance you’ll fine a street of halal’s restaurant. • Sightseeing, Near to Nanjing Pedestrian Street. It’s around 200m only. And also near to The Bund for best view of Shanghai river and a great view of Shanghai’s Tower and other skyscrapers. METRO station, THE PEOPLE’S SQUARE is around 100m only. FACILITIES_ • Lounge and Lobby Small but very cosy and luxury. Lift can fit 7 luggages + 5 person. • The purfume smell so luxurious. • Really clean and fancy vibe. SERVICE_ • Very friendly workers and some of them can speak english. You can literally ask if you need any assistance. PRICE_ A bit pricey but worth every penny 😍 Will definitely stay here again on our next round to shanghai.

Great hotel with fantastic location and service. The service staff at the hotel has been extremely attentive. Now a days the Chinese hospitality service really blast it out of the water. Will definitely stay here again the next time. Many food options in the area.

The 2nd room I booked has a lovely balcony. Similar to the other room, all the amenities are of great quality & tasteful. All in the details like smart home controller, clean uncarpetted flooring, high ceiling, daily coffee from the cafe & lovely service from the team. I had the best sleep too (rare when travelling), the mattress & pillow are obviously of great quality. Opartment totallly exceeded my expectations in every aspect.

I was astonished by the exterior when I first arrived at Ôpartment. It has a sense of history in the building, surrounded by popular spots for city walk. My family and I were greeted by a fellow young man who offered to help our struggling hands with our luggage. Walking into the hotel, we encounter the modern looks of the lobby. By the registration counter, there is a table with coffee and cups for us to take away. I really liked the organisers at the back of the registration counter that holds room keys in each box. Going up the lift to our designated floor, the elevator door opened up to a gate, one that would remind me of the olden days, of Harry Potter, even. To gain access, we simply swipe our card at the side of the gate. It seemed as pets are allowed, we saw three dogs playing around at the hallway. It doesn’t smell bad so it didn’t bother us. The hotel room is very spacious and clean. There were magazines about the hotel, television, a kitchen with plates and bowls and utensils, a comfy bed, and of course the bathroom. As it is my birthday this April, a kind sister called Vicky who works there brought me a cheese cake. It was quite surprising to come back to the room to see a cake by the table. It was sliced into three pieces, just the right size for my mum, dad and I. Unfortunately, we only stayed for one night. While my mother checked-out our room, I observed the notebook they left on the table to the left of the registration counter. There was a mirror in front of the notebook, and a pen beside it. It is a notebook left for guests to write and draw on. I asked the staff if I could bring it up to the top floor, a bar with pretty interior designs, to draw on the notebook. So I did. The bar was probably closed, or maybe it is more popular by night, since there were nobody there except for one man who I guess works there. There were many wine bottles and flowers, plus a balcony with great view. I drew on two pages of the notebook, taking my time as they allow me to. When I went back down to show them my proudly done work, the staffs were all excited and shocked to the point they snapped pictures and even gave me a notebook of the same design as a souvenir. At last, we had to part and say goodbye. When the car that is supposed to pick us up arrived, two or three of the staffs (noticeably all of them are pretty young) helped us with our luggage and carried it to the car for us. I’ll have to say, this is one of the most unique hotel I’ve ever been to!

We stayed at OPARTMENT for four nights. Lots of positives: the staff were very friendly and helpful; our room was clean, spacious and had a nice view; there were good amenities including a washing machine/dryer in our room; the hotel is conveniently located (e.g. walking distance to Nanjing road, train stations nearby); there is a nice cafe next door. Highly recommended and I would want to stay here again if I came back to Shanghai.

We are couple traveling from Thailand. The room is exactly same as in the picture, clean and beautiful. The amenities are all provided.The location is in the city center, nearby many department stores, Nanjing road and metro station. The staff is very nice and helpful. Highly recommend!!!

We booked a family room and it is a great pleasure to stay here;Large, clean, and complete facilities. We really love to have a washing machine and drying machine in our room. It 's very comfortable. And every staff is very friendly and helpful; Cecilia, Vicky, Aimee and other staff. We will come back again. Highly recommeded!

Thanks to Jordan for being the best butler and hand delivering coffees to our room every morning in god speed 😂 would give it an 11/10 if I could.

OPARTMENT Far East Hotel: A Shanghai Gem! This hotel exceeded all expectations! The rooms were spacious, spotless, and beautifully designed. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. And the location? Unbeatable! We were steps away from the Bund and Nanjing Road. Can't recommend this hotel enough!
