I had an amazing stay following an intense week. Very stylish interior and love the room, especially the decor and functionally of their furniture design. Hotel is very close proximity to TaiKooHui shopping mall and West Nanjing Road. Would recommend to others if you’re seeking tasteful hotel with convenience.

Firstly a big thank you to Angela for arranging my room. Secondly it is rare to see a hotel in Shanghai that is linked to a painting exhibition, full of art. Next time I come to Shanghai, I will choose this hotel as my first choice.

Room is fantastic. Even the housekeeper Ms. Ivy did great joy and cleaned my room tidy with efficiency.

I stayed here twice for my business trip in Shanghai. I will 100% stay here again and I’ve already recommended my colleagues to stay here when they’re visiting. Joy, who helped me at the reception, is warm, attentive to details, and welcoming. She paid attention to all the special requests I had. All the staff I encountered during my stay were very friendly and helpful. The gym is very very well equipped and maintained with both cardio and weight machines. Location is walking friendly and also ride share-friendly. I was able to get a ride very quickly every time. The hotel is also connected to a mall so you don’t have to walk outside if it’s raining.

Excellent service and good food with reasonable price((urban cafe Thai food). The outdoor Zuk bar was also very pleasant. So was the gin bar.

Great location, great pool, great gin selection. Breakfast is not bad but could be a little better. Appreciated the toned down service along with cleansing of the tub which was using in the morning.

Slightly off my expectations as a reasonably new hotel as some of the amenities in the room start to have their problems such as plumbing issues including water leaking underneath the wash basin, not being able to properly shut the toilet door. The buffet breakfast was pretty ordinary in terms of its selection and even quality. However, the staff came across as being very friendly and approachable for help, esp the front office guy and the lady who greets the guests with an amicable smile and sincerity.
