Terrible cleanliness, my room was not properly clean as I found few left over mosquito burner in the drawer. The room AC was very hot, TV was not easy to navigate and shocking was the Housekeeping carts were left at the end of corridor.
Hotel without security system to enter the floor from the first floor.

Near MRT station. Room is clean but no windows. Room has poor phone signal and wifi is not very fast Staff is friendly. Breakfast is minimal.

The location of the hotel is really good, only 500m from an interchange metro station with direct train to Yuyuan, Nanjing Road, and both airports. You can also search for shopping malls, convenience stores, and restaurants on baidu map. A lot of choices close to the hotel. The rooms are pretty spacious, and washing machine and dryer can be used for free. Not all of the receptionists can speak English, but they are really supportive. When we got problem with our air tickets, the reception was so nice and helped us a lot to contact the airlines, send emails, and follow up with them, which we were really grateful for. However, not so many choices for breakfast.
