Henry is very helpful! I recommend this hotel for foreigners people. His English is really good 👍🏼 The room is beautiful and well equipped.

Excellent location and friendly check-in, we received many bottles of water and we appreciated the facilities such as the washing machine. It could have been cleaner though, the apartment looked a lot older than in the pictures.

Very clean and comfy. Good location with convinient stores just round the corner and subway within walking distance, surely would stay again!

We had a fantastic stay! The best location, cafes and restaurants nearby, a few steps from the French concession near IAPM mall. The villa was comfortable, beautiful decor, fully equipped kitchen and a lovely outdoor terrace. The landlord speaks English and is very helpful, we can highly recommend this place!

A quite good location. Ample space (we're a family of 3, but it has enough space for 5-6). Excellent communication by the management personnel. Could use a bit more furnishing, though. Also didn't find an iron and ironing board in the unit, a bit inconvenient.

Apartment was very clean in very calm neighborhood in the the former French concession. I enjoyed the neighborhood. The communication with landlord was very smooth over WeChat. I would definitely recommend this place for travelers looking for exploring Shanghai without staying at a hotel.

The host is very fast in responding and speaks English very well. Also we had to make some changes and all of it was sorted out fast. The location is super great, in the former French Concession, with great cafés for breakfast just downstairs and lots of nice restaurants around (the host also has great advices for restaurant choices in the neighborhood!) It's a a really good place for even staying several days, also the internet works very well and the room has a super nice view. All the facilities were working well, including the washing machine and the clothes dryer.

Perfect location, near minimarts, cafes and restaurants. But it’s quite a walk to the metro. Room is much smaller than in photos. Amenities in the bathroom are quite old and could be better, perhaps if the toilet bowl and shower can be renovated, would be better for guests. Only good thing was the washing machine which was able to dry the clothes quickly. Room was perpetually cold in March, heating didn’t seem to work well. The apartment is in quite an old neighborhood and building looks very run down. So please be mentally prepared when you stay there. My kids didn’t really like the place as it was really too small so we moved out earlier. Floor was quite dirty and we found food scraps on the floor under the bed on the first day.

The apartment is lovely and bathed in light, situated at the South side of the old French concession, in proximity of various cafes, bakeries, and restaurants. This 3-floor apartment sleeps 6 adults or any combination of adults and children easily with three rooms, each with a queen bed. Recently renovated, the white-themed space is an excellent match with the (steep) wooden stairs leading to the bedrooms and bathrooms. The landlady is efficient and quick to respond to queries, make sure that you add her on WeChat for easy communication. I will definitely look to book this property again, but probably when the weather is warmer as the house is difficult to heat up during the winter, though equipped with ACs in each room.
