總體很好，怎麼説呢，我也是第一次在上海的大院住，外面比較簡陋，裏面挺好的，很多電器都是全新的，連説明書都還放在裏面，用的空氣凈化器也貴貴的，這些都很好，它做成了兩層，總體上下都方便的，下層有電視，上層有書桌，看同伴之間的需求吧。總體説，還不錯。不過空調有點問題，就是不能調節温度，也可能是遙控沒電吧，我們衹待兩天就沒管了。另外服務挺迅速的，我朋友抱怨有蚊子，客服就馬上送來驅蚊水了，還挺好。小院外面有不少小貓貓，聽説是有人喂，都不怕人，還能擼。就光是偶爾遇到可以擼貓這一點就很加分了！

The landlord is very nice. We arrived early before the check-in time and he made it convenient for us to go in and put our luggage first.
