瑞金醫院附近1930年建的居民區，聯排洋房，年代感很足，好像穿越回舊社會。很有生活氣息，適合體驗上海居民的日常生活。

距離瑞金醫院確實很近，要不是這麼近絕對不會訂這家。
設施：寫了有爐灶、電視機、智能鎖，這些都沒。煤氣灶打不着火，廁所的四個頂燈壞了三個。
衞生：保潔打掃完還可以，將就一夜可以的。
環境：瑞金醫院對面一個小區，居民樓的一樓，對面面對着沿街店鋪的後廚。描述裏所謂的小花園是雜草叢生一堆廢棄物的後院（是樓裏的後院，和民宿沒什麼關係）
服務：通過攜程客服要了這家民宿的客服微信，基本都是微信聯繫，人不過來的。設施無法使用在13:16聯繫後，再三催促，最後在18:30才派人來修理，差不多一小時才修完，很耽誤剛出院的父親休息。
總體來説，除了距離近，沒什麼可取的，當然煤氣灶、廁所的燈在我的要求下都修好能用了，後續的住客省事兒了😂

一入住發現根本沒有清潔，我們是下午兩點進去的，沒有清潔也沒有聯繫我們，微信房主也不回。後面打電話才接，來的阿姨也是第一次來。所有的大型家電都是不清理的，所以都是擺設。包括洗衣機冰箱的內部，還有衞生間也是，瓷磚都很臟。

去瑞金醫院看病這個房子的距離真是很近，可惜的是房子維護得並不好，房門不好打開，和地板已經卡在一起，要用點勁，最糟的是床，進門的那張梳化床，挺大，但中間都陷下去了，睡得是腰痠背痛，裏面的那張床，一翻身彈簧就吱嘎作響，出門在外休息很重要，但這家的床無法做到讓人好好休息。灶台處的封膠都是發黴的痕跡，黑黑的，馬桶底座處也是黃黃的一片，櫃子上面已是厚厚的一層灰，衞生情況實在一般，應該是平常衹有保潔阿姨偶爾打掃一下。房內有蚊子，但驅蚊液沒有了，讓自己去買蚊香解決，客服回覆很慢，有事儘量自己解決。

房間很乾凈很好找 設施應有盡有 冰箱煤氣灶洗衣機甚至烤箱嘛還是什麼 客廳房間都有空調 床單浴巾全是一次性用品
唯一一點建議是可以加個電熱水壺
