Good location in the city. Easy to walk to nearby atttactions. Lots of shops around, halal food is also available in the same alley, easy for us Muslim to find food. Room is small but facilities are complete. The homestay owner is also very helpful to help us immediately when we asked . Thank you!

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at this homestay! From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the level of hospitality. The owner was incredibly accommodating and went above and beyond when I requested an early check-in. Not only did they agree, but they also upgraded my apartment, which was a delightful surprise! The apartment itself was stunning – beautifully designed and meticulously clean. Every detail, from the modern furnishings to the cozy ambiance, made it feel like a home away from home. The space was spacious, comfortable, and equipped with all the amenities I needed for a relaxing stay. I highly recommend this homestay to anyone looking for a peaceful, welcoming, and comfortable place to stay. The owner’s kindness and attention to detail made my experience even more special.

The location of this homestay is strategic and easy to find. The owner is responsible and helpful especially when our heater was spoilt, he immediately came to check and replace with a new heater. In addition, it's easy to communicate with the host whenever we need information.

If you need place to sleep near French concession it’s good for 1 person, but very small even for 1. Location different from location at ***********, maps at phone not working in china, that’s why for foreigners very difficult to find place. I will recommend this place for Chinese single tourist.

This unit is located inside a residence area where all the locals lived. The unit is just fine as we are just going to stay a night for airport transit. The neighborhood is around Shanghai city where you basically can get everything nearby. There are bakery, banks and convenient shop nearby. Henry is very helpful during the check-in and even after check out service. As one of my friends lefted her phone in the house. Henry was kind enough to assist in helping to deliver it back to us even thought it’s a bit difficult as we are from oversea. Thank you so much for hosting us and keep up the good work. 👍🏻

The appartement itself is noce. Direction given by the hotel manager was very clear. BUT cleaner coming to wake up the whole family to clean the appartment early morning, hours before check out time is absolutely unacceptable. We stayed only one night, and this was the morning we were suppose to sleep in for the children to recharger after a week of travelling. We could not rest as we were woken up early morning. Disappointing.

Fully equipped kitchen plus washing machine but we did not have chance to use. Pretty good location and the host is super attentive and kind. Aside from the clear instruction, they can speak English so communication has no issue at all. Very appreciate their help and this made our first time in Shanghai memorable!

There are only two beds in the house, the top one is very low, it is easy to bump heads, and there is no place to put the luggage box below, it is too narrow! However, the location of the homestay is quite convenient, not far from anywhere, and there is a subway at the door, which is also very convenient

This is a typical Shikumen building in the city center. After the reconstruction, it combines Chinese and foreign styles, ancient and modern, and looks very harmonious as a whole. It is the legendary "old foreign-style house" of real Shanghai people. The location is excellent, and the subway community is well-deserved. There are 8 subway stations along the surrounding area. The nearest subway station is only 400 meters away, which is very convenient for travel. The price-performance ratio is very high. The check-in process is very clear, the room is also very clean, and from some details, it can be seen that the landlord is very attentive, which makes people feel very comfortable. The room is fully equipped and worth the money. The landlord is very nice. She gave us a detailed introduction to the nearby attractions and delicious food, and helped us plan the itinerary for the next two days. It's super nice, give a big thumbs up.
