I had a great experience. Everyone was so kind and helpful. They went beyond to help me. They had great customer service and I would definitely stay here again. I also want to say that the cleaning ladies were so kind and worked so hard. They always had a kind smile when I walked by.

Locating the hotel was very difficult. Suggest that more information on this be provided in the website. For a night sleep before dashing off to the airport should be alright. Also suggest that the hotel name in English be displayed outside.

Best choice if you plan to leave to Pudong Airport on early morning time. However, location is not easy to find for non Chinese speaker and take sometimes to locate from metro station, Staff is helpful

Really nice hotel. Staff are friendly, and helpful. I think for a short term stay it’s a really nice place. Only issue I had is the fact that you can hear the sound from other rooms through the walls of the room which is a little annoying but overall I think the hotel is located in a convenient spot and really worth staying in
