酒店是連鎖的，設施等等都是標準的
前提我訂房12.退房確實沒看到，在別的酒店住都是下午兩點退房所以沒有仔細看。如果因為我多住兩個小時多付六十是可以接受的。
但是
但是我們12.前沒接到任何電話提醒，快兩點鐘時候有打掃衞生阿姨來敲門説再不退房要付錢了，那就是指2點才是退房時間，我們就收拾東西下樓退房。
前台人員説要我寫好評，我説好的我路上寫，我轉身都已經點開酒店訂單打算開始寫了，她説你得在這裏寫好，我説我趕時間吃飯，她又説在這裏寫好給她看不然扣取超時的房費。我真的趕時間，我男朋友就直接掏出手機給她掃了，此時的時間是14:04。超時四分鐘我也願意買單。掃完走了一看賬單60就嘀咕了説了一小時60被前台聽到了，她説超時兩小時。
聽到兩個小時我們就回到前台，從這裏開始！！！！從這裏開始兩個前台人員態度就開始很隨意很不好，特別是男前台，前台的措辭是11.30左右給我們打過電話，但是我11.左右回到酒店（我男朋友一直在酒店）都沒有接到電話，我説沒有收到電話，他説那是你們的問題（？）我真搞不懂了，我作為入住的客人，入住還得檢查你電話線路通不通？真想通知到位入住前也登記了我個人聯繫方式，他們也沒有給我打一個電話，他們一直説的是給你們打座機了呀接不到是你的原因。他説要麼你寫好評給你免去費用
我對服務這塊的體驗非常差，
1是阿姨和我們説的時間與實際退房時間不一樣，員工培訓不到位，會給客人進行誤導
2.是前台員工態度很差，我無法複述當時他們講話的語氣，我一到提出為什麼電話響的事情兩人都扭頭忙別的，給出回答是那是你們房間的座機是你們要處理的事情

帶行李箱千萬別住這裏，1.酒店門口沒辦法停車，2.前台到電梯需要走半層樓梯，提箱子真的不方便，真不明白怎麼會有人這樣設計
