호텔 직원은 영어를 어느수준 가능했고 필요에 따라 번역기를 활용하였으며 일찍 도착했음에도 차 제공, 일관된 공손한 태도 등으로 응대해 주어 만족스러웠다. 객실 내부는 고급스럽고 예술적인 느낌의 인테리어를 사용했으며 방이 넓다. 화장실의 변기커버 등이 자동으로 동작하는 등 최신 기술을 체험했다. 무엇보다 난징동루,인민광장 등 도보로 이동이 가능하여 위치가 좋았다. 호텔 맞은편은 편의점 및 카페 식당이 있어 여행자를 위한 시설도 많이 있다. 가격대비 깨끗하고 모던한 객실을 원하거나 동선을 중요하는 고객에게 추천한다.

Good location, the room was nice and clean. However, the border plastic strap of the door of the bathroom came out, which was not a good experience.
The front desk can speak a little English. Walkable distance to subway. Coffee amenities could be better.
