睡着覺一衹蟲子順着枕頭爬你腦袋上咬你一口，這你受得了嗎？！衞生環境堪憂，入住後電視壞的，打座機給前台，説派人來，過了十分鐘問人呢，前台説你什麼時候打電話了...就12.30晚上值班那女的，服務意識真的很差，空調遙控也沒電，你想用的時候都得打電話給前台，要不是男前台和短髮女前台服務還行，2.5分都不能給，還有很多臟的地方都懶得拍了，沒想到現在如家拉跨成這樣，事後通過平台投訴酒店賠了50元，這個得如實説，最後奉勸各位選這家酒店一定要三思再三思，那麼多差評不是平白無故的。

1. The bedside socket doesn't work. The plug falls off when you plug it in. You can only charge it on the table
2. The TV remote control is broken and doesn't work
3. The sound insulation is very poor. You can still hear people talking outside at 2 a.m.
