Good hotel for one night staying, big rooms. Sure, cleanliness can be a little bit better,but its okay

Good cheap hotel, personally good location in Songjiang to reach out my tattoo artist within 10 minutes walk, but can be a bit noisy in the morning, also the hot water isn't stable at all 15 seconds of hot/burning water then 5-10 seconds of cold water

The service was good, the owner was very kind and helpful. The room was clean and very cozy. Bathroom also very clean. The location is good, easy to get around

Not too far with the metro station. Family Mart is nearby to grab necessary things even at midnight. Easy to catch,taxi & bus too. Hotel room is normal but the heater there is not good enough to make us warm. Generally speaking, it was a great stay

The hotel is fantastic but it can be better if you would hire an English or French speaking person, it’s a little bit harder for internationals

Lovely staff, great location but hotel itself is in poor condition. Dirty corridor, rooms smell of smoke and not thoroughly cleaned. Bathroom stinks and is dirty.

I spent a week in this hotel and it's very good for the price. The location is a bit far from the city centre but it's very close to the metro station. The room was clean and had a TV, free WIFI, shower gel & shampoo, air conditioning, toothbrush, shoes for using inside and you get a bottle of water.

THAT GOOD

I don't usually give bad reviews, but the front desk service was terrible. I originally rented a room for one night. I didn't stay much on the first night. I didn't get up in the morning and extended the room. As a result, probably because of the rainy weather, there were so many bugs on the bed that I was scared to death. My body was itchy. I called the front desk to change rooms, and the front desk told me that there were no rooms left and asked me to change the sheets, otherwise she couldn't do anything. I was really speechless until I said I took photos and asked her to find someone who could take care of it. Later, she said that the room I renewed was rented until 5 o'clock and it was difficult to refund. She didn't go to the room to check it out the whole time. She just asked a cleaning lady to take a look. She didn't say sorry the whole time. She really didn't want to make a fuss. And she acted as if it was my wish and kept asking me about my needs. It seemed like it was my fault. I really didn't want to make a big deal. Fortunately, Ctrip's customer service apologized to me and I will never come to this hotel again. If it gets big, the hotel won't solve the problem.

The environment is good, the service of the night shift lady is very good, it is very close to the highway, very convenient. The only regret is that there is a construction site opposite, which started digging at around 6 o'clock in the morning, and I was woken up. Overall it is very good. Good review.
