It’s clean, it’s in the middle of nowhere but close to PVG which is why most people book here. they offer transfer to airport every hour so it’s great. service is not exactly the best but it’s alright.

A conveniently located hotel for overnight stay near Shanghai Pudong airport with regular shuttle service 24h.

Although it is located in the middle of nowhere,it is just a 15min bus shuttle away. The hotel shuttle run half hourly so uwill never feel isolated. It is a spawling hotel with 3 3-siorey building without lifts. Staff are friendly and helpful. Breakfast is good

Booked as a layover stop because we had 19 hrs between our flight. It was clean and very comfy. Close to the airport with free shuttle only issue is they don't speak English but there was 1 girl that had a little bit of English that helped us with our booking. We paid for 1 night but checked in at 9am and checked out at 8pm the same day.

Booked a budget capsule room and was given not only free airport to hotel round trip transfers but also a regular sized room with a gorgeous double sink shower and rest room. Everything felt premium. Thanks for giving this weary traveller some respite. Especially appreciate the hassle free check-in/out process.

Inconvenient and weird to have the rooms be placed in separate buildings. You have to walk outside in the heat and sun to get to the lobby/restaurant. Also their japanese restaurant isnt even open anymore, it's just a small dining area with few breakfast choices. So it's a good thing they allow food deliveries. The place is super secluded too, its really just for airport transit

The hotel is clean and ac works well. I mainly booked it because of the late night airport pick up. The breakfast is good and has a lot of western options. The service is good. They also helped to bring all of my suitcases into the room.

Our stay at Ramada Encore was just amazing. Helped us by checking in early, room was amazing and spacious. We loved the stay.Private and cozy. Airport shuttle helped us to reach hotel and then back to airport. It's 24/7 so able to reach out flight at 4am. We highly recommend this beautiful hotel 😊😊

Near to airport and budget friendly. Friendly front desk and great food.

Shuttle from PVG every half an hour was great. Would suggest that the hotel offer WeChat chatting as a method to book instead of requiring travelers to call in advance because many international travelers cannot get a Chinese phone number at the airport and don't speak fluent Chinese to be able to communicate with the driver. Would also suggest breakfast to be extended, as ending at 9:30am is too early. Rooms are clean but need better wall maintenance, and the gardens around the building are nicely maintained.

Close to airport ,easy transportation by the hotel's shuttle bus. A not bad option for overnight stay.

Very near to Pudong airport and hotel provide free shuttle service with certain timing. Room is clean. The only thing was, we checked in at mid night, front desk staff was very impatient.

The room was ok. Unfortunatelly the rooms are in several buildings, and need to walk outside in the rain to get to reception/breakfast restaurant/airport shuttle. The airport shuttle runs every half hour. There is no luggage space inside the minibus. The suitcases block the aisle, and if you board too late, there are issues for the seats & luggage space. That could be handled much better. Basically the minibus just needs a dedicated luggage area

Super clean hotel, friendly staff, great breakfast with good coffee. The shuttle service is great, every half an hour. I really recommend this hotel to anyone staying for a layover in Shanghai
