We are really satisfied with our stay. Staff in the hotel very helpful and kind. Location is also good, you can find several small shops. In the hotel there is a robot so if you order food from outside, you don't need to go down to pick up it up. The room has washing machine wich is also plus point. Next time if we come back to Shanghai, we will definetely will stay here.

The reception Sophia and the security Kang took 20 minutes to help me move luggages which are so nice and kind. Great and Big room.with nice price.

excellent location. close to subway and bus that allow you to reach anywhere in Shanghai with ease. the apartment is located on a street with super markets and many many stores and restaurants so one cannot be hungry! will be my top pick if I ever return to Shanghai!

Location is not central - but very helpful staff- Not an over crowded tourist where you get to experience the real Shanghai locals.

Location is good, we got a city view on 18th floor, it also got a bathtube and a wash machine!

Gorgeous apartment with great location. Friendly staff. Not easily accessible as you can't be dropped off or collected right in front of the hotel. Road blocked off.

Pros: Staff are nice and very responsive. Quiet and safe environment. Washing/dryer machine👍. Great Lounge and Gymnasium. Free coffee and tea at reception! Close to public transport (bus stops at the door or couple of hundred meters away depending on your destination). Metro is far @1.2km. Same as for the ferry. Plenty of local restaurants and shops. A nice small Huma (hippo) supermarket ＜200m away. Cons: to the management, pls take it as a constructive feedback. For long stays (we stayed there almost a month), apartments kitchens are not properly equipped. A guest needs to buy cutlery, cups, bowls and etc. to be able to cook a decent meal. No sponge/ scrubber is provided to clean pans/pots after cooking (guess that previous guests end up scratching non stick surfaces as a result- we asked for new pan and cooking pot and were promptly given new sets🙏). The bathroom washbasin is a concrete basin with a flat bottom. Water would not completely drain after use - not hygienic. Overall, we would stay there again and would recommend staying there.

Super convenient. The place is very big haha. The host are all very friendly. When I first checked in at 12am, Sophia welcomed me with a great smile that makes me feels like home. The cleaners are also very enthusiastic just like hotel butler. Love it. This will be my business stay every time I come Shanghai!!! Oh yeah, she upgraded me from a small room to a big room as well 🥰🥰

Very friendly front desk staff. Decent gym and the room was very big but basic. But for the price it was a comfortable stay. I will stay again

The apartments was clean and neat. Reception staff was very friendly and understand the guest needs. They very flexible to handle guest needs. Appreciate their arrangement for the rooms due to air quality which had kind of great experience.
